I can't give zero stars, I contacted preppers regarding an order from over 12 months ago and requested a refund, they agreed to refund me for the order I gave them my bank details, then nothing from them, I contacted them again on two occasions but I've been ignored, they have my money and they don't seem willing to refund it to me and have not replied to emails from me, extremely disappointed, disgusting customer service or lack of, they don't have an available contact number, they just don't seem to care about their customers only their money.

Do not trust this company with your money.
I ordered a crossbow and several other items back on July 10th. They advised waiting up to 14 days for delivery. Once 3 weeks had passed I contacted them several times and eventually they replied saying there was a delay with their supplier and promised me the order would be sent out in a week or so.
Still heard nothing two weeks later, so contacted them again and they assured me it would be with me that week.
Nothing.

I have contacted paypal for a full refund, it seems this company is happy to take money for goods they have no intention of sending. AVOID.

Well by the looks of it I should have read the reviews however they all seem to be recent. Looks like this company have serious issues if they are essentially steeling peoples money.

I ordered beginning of My 2026 and was told item is in huge demand. Was happy to wait but not 3 months!!! Offered a replacement item but that never showed up either so I demanded a refund but that never happened either. So they embezzled nearly £400 from me. Like others I will seek my money via PayPal but this company and his new one need to be investigated as this is fraudulent.

Please, please do not do business with this apparently criminal enterprise.

Lost £550 having ordered a crossbow that after waiting for 5 months did not get delivered. After waiting for 5 months with excuses for product waiting at customs they then blamed Parcel Force for losing the order. I then asked for a refund but realised 2 days later I was unable to contact them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Its now been 3 months since i ordered off them and still nothing. Ive requested a refund twice and still nothing

Absolute bunch of scammers, made an order on the 12th June and still not arrived it’s not 20 aug, they said they’d refund me in the end after numerous emails to and fro but still no refund. I’ve had to contact my bank to try and get my money back. Time wasters! Avoid!!

Absolute waste of space this company do not under any circumstances deal with them, they take your money stating 10-14 days for delivery and when you complain after near 40 days they fob you off with a load of rubbish and will not refund you.

You will need to make a charge back to get your money from these thieves.
If you do try to order make sure it's via PayPal or credit card because they will try to rob you.

This company will take your money, suggesting the product is in stock, when 3 months later one remains awaiting the same and despite several emails to the company, one only receives the standard bot-reply, "sorry we are extremely busy".

I suggest strongly that this company are "scammers" working from hand to mouth, taking your money before they place their orders with suppliers, who are overseas, probably China and as such, weeks and months pass before your goods arrive.

People may like to note that the sole director (Lincoln Miles) of "Preppers Shop UK Ltd" registered a new company on the 16th July 2026.

"Prepping Warehouse UK Ltd" which was registered on 16 July 2026 by Lincoln Miles.

Both Lincoln & Helena Miles have previous dissolved/about to be struck off companies.

I'm sure its some coincidence :D

I have never left negative feedback but I am concerned whether this shop is legit or a scam, I had to give 1 star to write this! I am still awaiting an order from 23rd July, when it said 3-5 days delivery, I got one response from my email saying they were busy and to be patient but it is now 17 August and nothing, no reply to my other emails, except for an automated response saying not to send multiple emails, but what are you supposed to do, there are no contact numbers to speak to anyone either. Need my order for travel and now stuck as don’t know whether I should order elsewhere or wait as they have my money but I have no goods. Terrible service, wish I had something positive to say but there isn’t anything positive about doing business with this company, wish I never used them.

This company uses the Take the money, bank it, don't supply the items. Ignore Customer Contacts,Phone number is disconnected. when pressed Falsely refund. over Two weeks of no refund - apply to paypal who refund then Preppers after a month investing said money finally issue refund 'Cos Paypal got involved. a business run purely to take money whether they have the stock or not - Needs Trading Standards to Look at them

Absolutely rancid delivery times. Service said 3-5 days. I got five weeks in and nothing. No items, not even a shipping email. Admittedly I was only buying it for a laugh, not really into that prepper nonsense, but I can't exactly imagine an actual prepper would be happy waiting that long with absolutely nothing to show for it. Cancelled through Paypal and got mostly refunded, bar the cost of shipping, so I'm still a few pounds down with nothing to show for it. Complete farce.

Parcel force lost the parcel. Preppers took it from their to try to locate. A week later no luck so they just issued a replacement jacket.

Three months ago I ordered!!!!!!!!!!
Absolute joke of a company.
Luckily papal refunded me.

Ordered military trousers as the website said quick dispatch. The wasn’t dispatched for two weeks, they stated “issue with supplier” ordered from another site as needed the item and it arrived within 48 hours. Preppers couldn’t give me any idea when the item would arrive.

I returned the item on the 30/06/26 and still haven’t had my refund… terrible company, avoid avoid avoid

Ordered children’s items - £50 approx. for a 5 year old who’s army daft. Ordered 29/07/26 and dispatched with 24hr delivery.

03/08/26 I ask where my order is.

05/08/26 - Preppers blame the Royal Mail and offer nothing other than they are trying to locate the order. I ask for order to be cancelled so I can order the items elsewhere. They tell me they can’t so I have to give them another chance.

10/08/26 I’ve heard nothing from them (lack of customer service) so I ask for order to be cancelled again and this time they can!!

11/08/26 I give off about it all as my kids the one missing out 12/08/26 I get told that I’m the issue and I’ve been blocked from future orders.

If Preppers think ordering items and not receiving them or providing a refund or anything positive for the customer by 13/08/26 then then don’t deserve my money.

As it stands you no items and no refund.

The delivery, for a mug, was shown as 3 - 5 days. After 2 weeks, I emailed them, to get a sort of 'please don't bother us too much as we're very busy' reply. After 3 days I tried again, same response. Tried to ring using phone number from Google, disconnected.
Reviews on the net are pretty bad, so I've asked for a refund. Luckily the payment was through PayPal, and a refund is underway.
From this one attempted purchase, my advice to others is to look elsewhere.

Ok, so i placed two orders. One, after 3 weeks was a no show (because they didn't have stock DESPITE their web site saying item in stock). They replied they "advertise" a 14 day delivery. So unable to get my items **anywhere** i go back and decide to suck it up and wait. So i reorder on the 25th April, days after finally being refunded for the 1st failed order (how i wish i'd looked here) and here we are August and i've cancelled again, 4 and a half months and now they say they can't fulfill ANY of my items exept some glue. So a complete waste of time and i'm still waiting for the refund to my PayPal account. Not saying they are a scam but i AM saying their service is not good...

Oh, i meant to say, i went to ALiexpress and got EVERY item i wanted (just generic unbranded) for a fraction of the cost and delivered within a week. So much for supporting UK businesses when the Chinese can do it cheaper and better.
