I ordered a £30 mystery bag and got a load of gear that was worth far more than that. The bag alone is worth more than that. Thoroughly recommended.

I placed several orders including a huge order. Some arrived some did not. All emails are answered by a bot with a generic answer. My huge order did not arrive . A month after placing it I have an email which informs me that the order was taken but the item was not in stock. However, the order was for 5 items. I am unable to clarify which item is out of stock or get the promised refund because the bot just sends the same generic response. Terrible customer service, do not give them your money. Im contacting trading standards

Appalling customer service. Refusing consumer rights to return items that are not as described.

Filters are 12 years past expiry do not risk your health with these.

Items missing.

If you want genuine items go to your local store don’t deal with these muppets.

Could have been packaged in a better box, but items did arrive in a good condition. Happy with what I received, but hopefully it will be some time before I test the contents.

False advertising, I ordered a pair of ex army boots that said they were in stock . 4-5 days delivery. I waited 2 weeks and was then told it’s 10 working day to just ship not including postage, got to 4 weeks and the item still said they hadn’t sent it. Was then told the item wasn’t in stock and they we waiting for resupply. Took 5 weeks in the end. Terrible service I will not be buying from them again

We’re do I start. It has taken 44 days to receive my order even though it claimed all products were available. 1 item had to be cancelled due to insufficient stock, I have had to chase the order over this period email after email. That is why I gave 1 star. On a different matter the products were excellent and I’m disappointed that the service let the whole experience down

Hi item I bought was great but when reading the information was expecting to arrive in 14 days it took 2 months but these things happen just remember that it could take longer than expected to receive your parcel but I am very happy with my items thank you

Easy to order, delivery took two weeks from date of order, well packaged. Great customer service definitely will buy from them again, highly recommend

Placed my order on the 7th of September its now the 10th of October, got told there's been delays (fine were human) I can accept that. Now Apparently its been sent but can't give me the tracking number!

Iv asked to cancel the order and get a refund, they ignored these emails, told them I would be contacting my banks fraud squad if isn't sent out, I received an email at 9:29pm on the Thursday 1st of October saying there's been customs delays it should be in my hands Wednesday the 7th, still heard nothing, still no tracking number. Still not recived my order

today I will be contacting the fraud squad and dealing with this to get my money back, sick of the lies telling me they have sent it! If they sent it they would be able to provide a tracking number.

Note to self, check reviews first.

The poor review is simply down to their poor customer service and unreliable delivery.

We ordered £180 of goods on the 19 September which were dispatched on the 30th yet by the 10 October they have still not arrived. With no phone number or WhatsApp chat to raise concerns you have to email them only to wait for ages to get a response.

I can only assume that as more Prepper related businesses come on line to capitalise on the growing demand, they will simply lose out as reliable delivery is a key aspect of their business which at the moment is amateur

Using them for 5 years now. The delivery/stock process kills this experience, a shop that should be epic in range and value. The irony is it's a prepping shop aka preparedness.. so no, I don't think it's reasonable to wait over a month (and counting) for a 1L water bladder. And no, when I order a camp bed I don't expect to chase the company after 20 days, just for them to refund me stating 'stock problems'.. No real apology, no vouchers, no mention of a similar item, just 'take your money back'. The best part is that it's still listed on their website as available!
And don't bother complaining to them or giving constructive criticism. They are a proud family run business and really don't give two shades of *damn* what you say. Or even contemplate the possibility that maybe you ordered a camp bed because you've been sleeping on a cold hard floor for 20days in anticipation of your purchase, and a good night's sleep.
Understand that after 5 years and £thousands spent this is not an exception, it is the absolute rule.
By all means order your product, but do not expect to receive it. Yes, other prepping shops are more expensive, but it's worth it for a professional and working service of operation.

Don't buy from these people, ordered a couple of things on 4th September, keep saying its been dispatched, still haven't received anything, never again!

"Terrible experience — avoid at all costs.

What should have been a straightforward order turned into a nightmare. It took well over a month for my items to arrive. When I tried to get updates or assistance, customer service were completely unhelpful — every single response was just 'it’s coming from our European unit' — passing the buck every time. I had to chase and push repeatedly just to get anyone to reply to me at all.

I strongly suspect they don’t actually hold the stock themselves and only order it in once they receive your order — and in my opinion, that’s exactly what happened here. That’s totally unacceptable. If that’s how they operate, they should be upfront and advertise that clearly at the point of purchase. I honestly believe this is the main reason their orders are so late.

It makes no sense: I can order from the United States and get my delivery in a week to 10 days. If they can’t manage reasonable delivery times from Europe, that’s their problem — not mine. It’s certainly not what I expect from a company that claims to be a trusted prepping supplier.

Zero accountability, very slow delivery, and poor communication. I won’t be back and I won’t be recommending them to anyone."

Items haven't arrived , one email was answered to say it would be with me that week and surprise surprise nothing arrived , also every email since has been ignored! Absolutely shocking customer service, makes me wonder if they are a legitimate company.

Scam!!! Stole my money

Do not buy from this man. He takes your money and makes you go through your bank to get a refund for an item not delivered

Ordered 29 Aug 2026 (£85.66 via PayPal). Repeated vague delivery timescales and no dispatch. Requested refund 23 & 25 Sept after broken promises of next-day shipping. Told refund would take up to 7 working days – nothing happened until I opened a PayPal dispute. Refund finally confirmed 7 Oct.
Goods never arrived and communication was poor. Use strong buyer protection if ordering here.
