Our journey began 8 years ago in Birmingham, with a single container, a brave man, a Sprinter van, and a dispatcher fueled by enthusiasm and a dream. Through hard work and unwavering determination, that dream gradually transformed into reality. Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.

We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Efficient communication - slick and timely delivery.

Excellent communication with me in advance of the delivery and on the day itself, by SMS, email and phone.
Arrived early in the three hour time window, 35 minutes in.
Found the delivery point without needing to phone for further directions - unusual, given our location, down a track, in a rural village, without house numbers, where the postcode is not very helpful. Unlike many courier services, they use What3Words - a definite must for our location.
This would have been 5*, however unfortunately one of the delivery team left a large black handprint on a white wall - not discovered until after their departure!

A very professional and courteous…

A very professional and courteous courier company with outstanding communications. We were kept fully informed throughout the transport from collection to successful delivery. Highly recommend and will certainly use again. Thank you very much.

Dragged it along tge ground
Dirty
Torn.
Beware -
You would need to be insane to hire these people.

Dropping and dragging an item during delivery is not the standard of handling we expect from our crews, and we will review the circumstances of the delivery with the team involved.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. It was supposed to come collect last Thursday, but it was cancelled by them, and now tomorrow got cancelled. This is crazy
