Can I just say these guys are fantastic, hard working guys who still have a smile for you when I know the job in hand is a nightmare. Can't recommend Proovia enough, and I can't say that about a lot of company's these days.

They delayed with about 40 mins from the time they had given but still communicated with me and they dropped my parcel exactly where I had told them.

Pick-up from origin address - missed the collection window, but thanks to the flexibility of the sender, the piece was collected from an unlocked building.
Delivery was completed as promised and the courier staff were helpful and sharp, keen as they were to keep to schedule. Item seems in same condition as when sent.
I would have expected better communication - especially in the hours approaching, and during delivery. I got a call from driver to say he was outside my home, when in fact he had got disorientated. Easily fixed from my navigation advice.
Tracking facility was not shared with me.
Booked through Shiply - and they seemed keen to get the booking, but not assuring in the period following.
Main thing is that it was delivered on time, in good condition and well handled, so 4* deserved.
