They will fix faulty scooter a hundred times before they give you replacement.. Waste of. Time a headache to get a hold of

I had a very good experience with Dawson. It was genuinely a good service, as he helped me to get this unfindable charger in less than 24h. Someone gives him a raise. Regarding the product itself, you guys should make them all available on the website.

I have had a nightmare experience with Dpd that completely messed up on a collection and delivery.
However thanks to Nick and his team they have not only resolved the issue, but been absolutely outstanding taking the stress out of getting my product back from Dpd. Nick’s communication to me has left me reassured and confident that I will get my item back. Thank you again for all your help.

Je souhaitais acheter une pièce détachée qui n'est plus stockée ni produite pour une pure air pro. J'ai été en contact avec Samuel qui, après m'avoir dit que cette pièce n'était plus stockée, m'a informé qu'il en restait finalement une. Après m'avoir envoyé une mauvaise pièce, Pure Electric m'a envoyé la bonne, j'ai donc pu réparer correctement ma trottinette.
Le problème a été résolu mais par chance vu qu'il ne reste plus de pièce. Je ne mets que 4 étoiles car au final les pièces détachées après 5 ans sont très limitées.
Pour moi, acheter une trottinette 500€ et avoir du mal à trouver des pièces détachées ne m'a pas forcément plu. D'autant plus qu'il est très difficile de trouver des vidéos sur le démontage. J'imagine que c'est normal vu que mon modèle fait parti des tout premiers.
Je suis cependant satisfait de mes échanges avec Samuel.

I had a delivery issue the woman at pure called Samantha was so helpful really put my worries at ease the only thing is people work and a time slot would be better to arrange to be in I’ve had to get my disabled neighbour to take it in for me but again your team member Samantha was very helpful thanks

Had my son's scooter for a while, all good but unfortunately the rubber end of the mudguard went missing leaving splash marks on clothing from the exposed wheel when it rained, emailed Pure to see if ths part was available, Samantha from pure emailed me back and offered to send me the part foc subject to proof of purchase and a photo of the missing area ,I wasn't expecting a free part and the whole process was great, sometimes it pays to buy from a company like pure for the peace of mind and customer service

after setting up new smartphone, I was enable to set the pincode for my estep.
After filling out a support document via the site , I got immideately respons from Samantha wth asolution that works.

had done a fair bit of YouTube research prior to purchasing an e-scooter & decided to go for a pure advance. However as this was my first e-scooter I was happy to go for a reconditioned one as a little win on the horses made this a very cheap option 🤣 I’ve got to say I’m very impressed with the build quality and the condition of a refurbished unit my only moan is that the pump and user manual were not included in the box. Apart from that I’m a happy 60+ year old

Excellent e-scooter company, even after a technical issue with the website that caused me issues. Samantha from customer service helped me through the issue and was resolved within a day. Great product and delivery next day at no extra cost. I can’t fault the customer experience I have to say it surpassed my expectations. As well as a very well made product for the price. I would definitely recommend going directly to the manufacturer in this case as the website provided more direct contact and support and quicker delivery than any other website I’ve researched.

Ik heb in 2020 een elektrische step bij hen gekocht en tot op de dag van vandaag werkt hij nog, wel meerdere keren al een lekker band maar dat kan gebeuren. Het laatste jaar heb ik soms wat storingen om gas te geven maar voor de rest werkt alles nog perfect. Voor een step van ongeveer 400 euro toen, vind ik dat echt zijn geld waard is.

So having the scooter for less than a year, it unfortunately broke, however after getting in touch with Pure and getting a response from Nick the scooter got sent off and repaired. Couldn't ask for more, he ordered a box so I could send the scooter back for repair and kept me updated along with another colleague. The issue with the scooter has been repaired, and im over the moon. Thanks to Nick and everyone at Pure.

I had trouble receiving the email with with the discount code when i signed up to the newsletter. I got in touch with customer services and Samantha very quickly helped me with it and I’ve been able to order a scooter for my son’s birthday. I’m very grateful for you help.

As a previous owner of an air 4 pro I purchased the air 5 pro with confidence of it being better and more improved. I cant begin to tell you my disappointment in my latest purchase. First of all the steering doesnt have the stabilising feature and secondly the battery is performing even worse than my pure air 4 pro did even though its advertised to achieve an additional 16 miles. Another thing you advertise is that the speed will not be affected during the battery duration however this is not the case either. This is my main mode of transportation and I feel like ive been ripped off. As I have used more than 10km which I had to in order to realise the battery life is worse I cannot claim the 30 day refund. I have been told I have to claim on the 12 month warranty which can take 10 days. I am just totally shocked that the Air 5 pro has a less powerful motor a less stable steering function and only 14% hill gradient compared to the air4 pros 19% all for the same price. Most companies improve models pure obviously downgrade them but charge the customer the same. I used to be a happy customer but this will be the last scooter I purchase from pure unless they offer me an exchange or refund.
