I love the idea of having my paper and ink delivered to my door, but I want to make sure, it's being delivered to the correct address. My last order resulted in my having to go to the store to purchase my supplies due to the delivery service delivering my order to the wrong address.

I am getting ink refill took 30 seconds - very easy with Quill & even better with Quill membership. Big smile. And then spent over an hour looking thru the vast endless list of potential rewards. Remember - its the small things that count. Enjoy.

Two days ago, I was in the process of ordering a new tablet through Amazon because it’s Prime Days. When I went to my cart, my Capital One Shopping widget told me there was a better price on Quill. I had never heard of it but figured it was reputable when I saw it was owned by Staples. Big mistake.

The order went through on my end, but this morning (the day the tablet was supposed to be delivered), I woke up to an email saying the order was canceled, with no explanation as to why. After two phone calls to customer service, all they could do was escalate it to some mysterious “specialist” department. They told me it could take two days for a reply (at which point Prime Days will be over). When I explained this, they said there was nothing they could do, except suggest that I purchase the tablet from Amazon in the meantime and return the one I don’t want if we can eventually get the Quill order to go through. Putting two potential charges on my credit card for the same product is NOT a viable or fair solution for an issue on THEIR end.

I then tried emailing customer service and got a reply to say that my “information was unverifiable” with no other details. What information was unverifiable? I paid with PayPal, where the same information I’ve used for every other online purchase I’ve ever made is stored. PayPal still has a hold on my account for the amount of the purchase, and there are no fraud alerts on my credit card, so it’s not a payment issue. The lack of transparency is horrific. This was my first experience with Quill, and it will absolutely also be my last.

Update: Quill's "credit department" emailed me back to say the issue was because my billing address is different from the shipping address. Instead of reaching out to me for verification, they canceled my order. I sent them no documentation, but suddenly, they've responded again to say I'm magically approved and that I should place my order again. The problem is that the item is now $300 more expensive! Waiting to hear back about whether or not they'll honor the original price, but given how they've handled this so far, I'm not holding my breath. Quill has also reached out to me below to request my contact information, which I have released to them. I have yet to receive any communication from them outside of their sketchy credit department.

Been a small business customer 10+ years with Quill. First time I asked to return something defective printer product they said sorry we have 15 day return policy. I rarely submit bad reviews however this is not realistic policy. We can't even schedule an IT install person in that aggressive timeline. Research Costco return policy and also save money.

Products are easy to search with clear pictures and detailed descriptions of products. Shopping is simple and easy.

Been using Quill since the company has started. Love how easy it is to order office supplies and the speed of delivery.
