Good company, but messy website.
I like Quill, but too much on their website is complicated.
For instance: 1) figuring out how to claim and then claiming rewards. 2) incomplete info about products. I had to search on other, separate websites to get simple information, like how many individually wrapped pieces are in a bulk candy bag.

Fairly easy to use - not too frustrating - but too many "offers"

It has been a long time since I have used Quill. I had not previously been happy with the service or shipping. I am now trying them again and so far I'm very happy with the experience. John was very helpful!

Great at delivering quickly and pricing is great

It's decent, but could be better. If I could see the minimum quantity for a custom item before I click customize, it would really help! it would save time and allow us to quickly see which items fit our marketing budget right now, instead of customizing an item to save for later because we can't see until then that the minimum order is 350 pieces.

I come to Quill for more than I ever needed before. I have ordered things from computer monitors to cookies to kitchen items to household items and it has resolved so much for me when I didn’t have the money to get it myself at that point in time. It really is a life saver and super helpful I recommend it to all of my families and friends. I wish everyone would take advantage of this net 30. Thanks for what you all do.

easy to navigate

You had the printer I wanted, and I got $30.00 off and I will receive it tomorrow!!

We've tried to contact several times via email as before with no response since last winter. Our account was paid in full with our check sent in June 2025. While I was out of the office, an assistant renewed our rewards when we had not planned to. I called when I had returned and discovered the error, and was promised it would be cancelled and we'd be refunded. Then we got a collection call in December that the refund have been applied to an invoice and there was still a balance. After calls and emails, I sent our proof that the balance was an internal credit memo issue that was not processed by Quill for a return. I argued that we did not owe and in fact were still due the $69.95 renew credit as a refund. In the meantime, our account balance was eventually zeroed. (We never did receive a refund, and the $69.95 credit we should still have has now been zeroed on our account.) Terribly shady accounting.

just an eaasy way to take care of office supplies

I ordered the Samsung 85" Class Neo QLED QN90F from Quill on 6/9. The price was competitive, but the deciding factor for me was the promised delivery window of 6/11–6/12. My transaction completed successfully at checkout.

What happened next:

6/9: Order placed, payment confirmed, delivery promised 6/11–6/12.

6/10: The delivery date had moved to 6/15. I received no notification and only noticed by checking the site myself. Support told me there was a credit card issue, which surprised me since the original transaction was approved. I provided a second card and made clear that delivery timing was my top priority.

6/10–6/12: Several reps assured me the TV would arrive by Friday 6/12. The website never showed an accurate delivery status, so every update required me to start a call or chat.

6/12: A rep again confirmed delivery was on track for that day, or Monday at the latest.

6/15 (Monday): My order was canceled. The notice was a short email citing an inventory issue.

My main issues:

1. A delivery date was promised and repeatedly reconfirmed by their own staff, then broken with no proactive communication.

2. The order tracking on the site showed no useful status at any point. Everything came from me contacting reps directly.

3. I spoke with roughly a dozen representatives, and almost none showed urgency or a real attempt to resolve it.

4. If the item was out of stock, I would have expected that on day one, not after six days of assurances.

I made a time-sensitive purchase based on a specific commitment that was confirmed multiple times, and the outcome was a week of wasted time and a canceled order. I wouldn't order from Quill again for anything where delivery timing matters.

Quill had the best price on the items I was looking for. The delivery is expected for the next day.
