Ryan Platts, the engineer, was excellent. He was punctual, courteous, professional and highly skilled. He patiently answered any queries we had. He serviced our Quooker tap and left the place spotless when he was finished. Very impressed.

They arrived early and provided excellent service. The engineer Ryan Platts even walked me through how to change the cold water filter and everything else.

A quailty product, i couldnt imagine our kitchen without a Quooker Tap. And a Mug of tea made and in your hand 20 seconds after walking into the house!
