Had to contact Quooker in relation to a minor leak from a 6 year old unit Very easy to organize a callout and found the engineer Ryan Platts to be very professional ,he arrived on time and communicated in advance exactly what time he would be arriving

Ryan Platts - On time and Very efficient. Have a post installation issue. Straightforward booking a call out. Crystal clear on if it was chargeable or not [not in my case]. Morning slot confirmed. Then 1 hour window finalised the day before.
Ryan arrived and knew exactly what he was dealing with, fixed within 30mins and walked me through the system in more detail.

I ordered my quooker two weeks ago, it was delivered within a week and installed a few days later. Installation was swift and the engineer was very clean and polite. I'm delighted with my quooker cube.

Ryan was excellent. On time and rang ahead. We have our Quooker 7 years in a hard water area and it was in a bad way. Ryan had it sorted in no time. Had the replacement parts required and was super efficient. Could not recommend highly enough. Tap that just had a trickle is now back to full capacity. Delighted.

George came to repair our Quooker tap today 30Sept and I found him to be very capable, pleasant and also pointed out a very minor leak in the waste pipe which he duly addressed. Overall I would highly recommend him to carry out any repair on a Quooker heating tap system.
