Great customer service
I contacted Ramp Limited this morning and spoke with Aleena regarding a warning light on my vehicle. She was extremely helpful and guided me clearly through the entire process. She contacted the main dealership to arrange a diagnostic for my vehicle and confirmed that their location suited me.
I’m very happy with the service provided by Ramp Limited. Their support has been excellent, and Aleena provided friendly, polite and professional customer service.

AVOID
AVOID. Have a warranty with the company for my car that includes breakdown assistance. NEVER AGAIN. Once needed assistance, AA refused to help and send me to RAMP and them was redirecting me back to AA. Ping pong service. Eventually I got help and was told it was error in system that is fixed. Needed help another time, AA refused to help redirecting me to RAMP, but it was out of RAMP office hours so could not get help until the office open. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, not 24/7. If you looking for a service that gives you peace of mind, you will not find it here.

We can confirm that you have been in contact with our Customer Care team regarding this matter and that we took immediate action to support you. As part of this, I personally contacted the AA to ensure assistance was arranged and to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Following our investigation, we identified an issue that affected your ability to access breakdown assistance as intended. We understand that this led to frustration, particularly as you experienced delays and were redirected between ourselves and the AA.
We would also like to clarify that breakdown assistance under the plan is designed to operate on a 24/7 basis. Following your contact with us, the issue identified was investigated and has since been resolved to ensure this does not continue going forward.
We appreciate that your experience fell below expectations and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Ramp / cinchcare is a waste of money - avoid
So, I took out a Cinchcare plan when I bought the car. The email stated Welcome to worry-free motoring! And the policy states duration: Lifetime. I contacted them in March as my car service light was not reset by Halfords and advised this is not covered.
I sent an email to book my annual service only to be told my policy was not renewed and as it was over 30 days cannot renew. I checked And they cancelled and stopped taking the money despite being a lifetime policy and required me to cancel.

Direct Debit Payment will be fixed for the first 35 instalments. We will notify You in writing of Your renewal quote at least 30 days prior
to the collection of the 35th instalment. Your Direct Debit Payment may be subject to an increase or decrease at renewal. If You decide not
to renew then You may cancel this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 11E (Cancellation). Your Direct Debit Payment will
automatically renew at the amount detailed on the quote unless You contact Us to cancel the renewal.

I phoned and emailed this company regarding a very small send and scratch that someone had done to my car I found this company to be very unhelpful and did not want to carry out the work witch I paid for and said it was outside the terms and conditions I asked that what am I paying for no response from them basically took my money and told me to go do one. Following correspondence with our Customer Care and Technical Repair teams, your concerns were fully reviewed and a detailed response was provided. As explained, the damage reported was assessed against the terms and conditions of the cosmetic maintenance plan and was found to fall outside the qualifying criteria for treatment under the agreement.
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. However, our decision was based on the plan terms and the information supplied to us and we are required to apply those criteria consistently and fairly for all customers.
We remain happy to discuss the matter further through our formal complaints process should you wish to do so.
