Rapid Building Inspections Bewertungen

We had to get a report for some work carried out over last few years. We are about to sell our home. William attended and fully explained everything he was looking at and the reason why. He was very thorough in his description. He also commented on the high quality of work of tradies. Very pleasant and easy process.

Very good service as a name it’s rapid and fast service and report within 24 hrs thanks

I am glad they did the inspection quicker and earlier than my expectation. The report is detailed and comprehensive too which helped my purchase process. The only negative is the price is $50 higher than their quotes in the phone call. I guess that is bc the arrangement is ahead of the booked date. They should mention the price diviation prior to the inspection, I am assuming.

Great experience. Booked in quickly, did an extremely thorough inspection and got the report back the same day. Fantastic!

Recently had Rapid do a Building and pest inspection, our inspector was amazing, he went over and above what we were expecting, he left no stone unturned in his inspection, bows in ceilings, checking water spots, looking for rust, climbing through the ceiling, well document report, and he spent the time to show us all the faults and future issues, highly recommend Rapid to do your inspection.

Great service and a comprehensive report. highly recommended

Excellent and fast service, very detailed report on the same day. Very happy with my experience, highly recommend

Great service. These guys responded to and reported back to us within 3 days. Saved us from purchasing an absolute lemon with pretty bad internal (in the wall) plumbing issues and previous termite infestations. Thanks heaps team RBI!

Very prompt and thorough with attention to detail. Just what you want with a pre-purchase inspection.

Organised everything, very quick, very responsive. Would recommend.

Thank you Karen Amparo for your amazing help and service to book an urgent inspection. You certainly did magic . 🙏 you are professional , friendly and very effective. You will get many more clients and shld get a big promotion and raise. ❤️

The inspection was much more thorough than I thought it would be. The report was very comprehensive and helped me make the tough decision to back out of a purchase on a property I really liked.

Comprehensive report, plenty of detail and photos, fast turnaround as promised and they contact and liaise with Agent to setup inspection date/time which helps. very timely and efficient as well as professional inspector crew.

Prompt and professional service, preparing a very detailed and comprehensive report.

Extremely thorough inspection. I had Tuan Le attend onsite to our property. He left absolutely no stone unturned and even made the Real Estate Agent nervous about how much he was finding and how long he was taking. He allowed me to make the most informative decision i could on the property.

Very professional service.

RBI was very thorough with there checks.
Many issues were found with the build that i would never have thought of checking.

Thomas was great.

Will always be seeking a professional for building inspections.

My experience with Rapid Building was excellent. I had a short turnaround for the pre-purchase inspection and was able to get an appointment promptly. My inspector Andrew was great and very professional and thorough. He diligently provided my report within a 12 hour period despite it being a Saturday. Andrew was patient and happy to answer my questions and my concerns.
