Rapid Building inspections was very professional, honest and easy to work with from the initial call though to Ron issuing the report. Ron was honest, prompt and took his time to explain so we understood. I will definitely be using Rapid again. Thank you Ron

We had a great experience with Babak as first-home buyers. He was honest, thorough, answered all of our questions and explained all of the building issues in layman's terms so we could understand. Would 100% recommend him.

We Had our lock up inspection completed yesterday and received report same day.
If you are building a new home make sure you get your own Inspector it is a priceless investment on your biggest investment. Anthony from rapid not only looked at stuff for the lock up stage, but went above and beyond finding defects in water proofing and numerous other areas he didn't have to do, but out of good will went out of his way to help us as a client and helped us find a lot of things we would not have picked up if we didn't have him on site.
Thanks to the team at rapid and a big thanks again to Anthony

Recently had a BP done on my new purchase in QLD. The name of the company is spot on. I contacted them on Sunday and had the inspection done and the report send to me by Monday afternoon. Anthony was super diligent and meticulously inspected the property, leaving no stone unturned. His report is extremely detailed, yet easy to read and understand, including numerous photos. I would definitely recommend Anthony and Rapid to anybody in need of a BP report.

The first inspection was done on time and comprehensive. The report was delivered the same day/

There was no hassle for me, I am extremely grateful I found them to conduct our inspection before I found someone else. They are highly recommended by people I know and now highly recommended by myself

Great service. Friendly and flexible. I hired them this time to inspect a new property. They also provided a comprehensive report, nevertheless advised me about the key items to look for.

I had work at the time of the inspection, but Ron called me up afterwards to fill me in on the main points he picked up on and basically gave me an outline of the report he was going to write, which was sent to me only 4 hours later. Honest, clear, and helpful, a great pre-purchase building and pest inspection experience. Thank you, Ron
