Great company to deal with. The building inspector was very thorough and friendly, he took us through the property and pointed out the issues. The company was very easy to deal with, respectful and prompt. Would recommend using them.

Comprehensive building inspection within two days of booking. Report arrived within 24 hours.

Bob the inspector was very professional and detailed in his inspection of the house. I also wanted to thank Beau for initially responding to my quote request in real time. From the beginning to the end, every steps of journey was perfect! I highly recommend this company.

So easy to book in and deal with, I was able to call the inspector post inspection and clarify some items on the report which he was happy to help with. The team you book in with are so helpful too!

All round amazing service! Highly recommend!

Extremely prompt service and great communication. I needed an inspection done within a couple of days, and they were straight onto it! Thanks again!

We were very happy with the overall service given by Rapid Building Inspections. Everyone was professional and the Babak’s inspection was thorough, with lots of information and photos. After his report (which was set the same day) we were able to organise a plumber to check out the issue which he highlighted as a potential problem.
I would recommend this company to anyone for peace of mind.

Anthony was my building and pest inspector, and my first time purchasing a property. When I first got the report, it was confusing but only because it was so thorough! He explained the report and went over every detail with offers to reach out with any questions. Highly recommend.

Really happy with the service provided. Very thorough and detailed report. My husband is a builder and he was happy with the level of detail provided by rapid. Quick service and turn around and overall easy to deal with. Saved us a lot of heartbreak while looking at a potential first home.

I’ve used Rapid Building inspections twice now for my purchases.

Both times have been speedy details reports. Very happy with the service.

Thank you!!

I found Rapid easy to deal with and very responsive to a last minute request for a property inspection. The report was comprehensive and promptly delivered after the inspection. Great experiences all round.

Anthony did an incredible job inspecting my property. He was very on time and delivered a very detailed report in only a few hours.
He was very approachable for any questions I could have and reachable over the phone for follow up questions.
I highly recommend his services.
Great experience with Rapid Building Inspections.

This is the 2nd time using Rapid Building Inspection and Anthony did a great job in super quick time too. His report is detailed and covers all aspects of the apartment which was great to have as I'm not able to view the apartment myself.

Acquiring their service is a good decision for us. Our inspector have a keen eyes on details and was able to find all the dodgy work, and the builder have to rectify it before they can move to the next stage. We got their service last year and have the PCI this 2025 of January. It's all worth the money, having to think what you saved in the long run.

The inspection report provided by Anthony was detailed, well organised, and included valuable photos. It was easy to understand for us. He answered all our questions I highly recommend Anthony (inspector name) anyone seeking a reliable and knowledgeable building inspector.

Martin was friendly and responsive. Their quote was very competitive and their work was excellent. I would engage them again.

Called them and organised an inspection on the day. It couldn’t have been more invaluable as the report disclosed a number of critical issues with the house. Thanks guys will use your services again!

Rapid Building Inspections were professional, punctual and most importantly thorough when providing me with a building and pest inspection. Buying a house subject to inspection ensured me peace of mind and in this case several issues were highlighted enabling me to have them rectified before the completion of the sale. The cost of the issues being rectified at the seller's expense versus the cost to me as the buyer paying for the inspection saved me far in excess of what I paid for this service. I am happy to recommend this service to anyone seeking a thorough report to assist with your purchase.

Anthony did a recent building and pest on a unit I’m looking to purchase. He was punctual, thorough and patient. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to purchase a property ☺️

Excellent customer service at the call centre and awesome service from the inspector.

Highly recommended.
