Avoid at all cost......

I had a highly disappointing experience with Rapid Building Inspections. I initially booked a building and pest inspection two weeks in advance. Unfortunately, the inspection had to be rescheduled to the following week as the inspector fell ill. Understanding that unforeseen circumstances occur, I agreed to the new date and moved contractual dates as needed. However, on the rescheduled day, the inspector failed to show up without any notice, which left me in a precarious position considering the contract deadline was the very next day, December 24th.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the company for an explanation or a solution, responses were non-existent. I spent the entire morning until 13:00 trying to reach someone with no success. This lack of reliability and professionalism has not only caused significant inconvenience but also impacted my contractual obligations negatively.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rapid Building Inspections. They demonstrated a lack of accountability and reliability, which are crucial in the building and pest inspection industry.

Building Inspector found a huge problem with roof of property we had under contract. Roof required total replacement. Saved thousands of dollars. Building inspector was highly skilled and knowledgeable.

I would like to take time and write about the poor customer service provided by your service consultant Jo Unger.
Who didn't acknowledge my email request to arrange an inspector for lock up stage but also didn't call back after leaving multiple messages by other consultants.
Due to this act I missed out on our builder to start the plaster job. Which will now start mid January 2025.
If you don't have an inspector just acknowledge your client email earlier so that we can arrange someone else rather than ignoring customers emails and phone calls.

Professional work and report delivered in the same day. Was also able to discuss the content with the inspector. No hesitation to recommend them.

Good report , not much was wrong with the property. But report was good

Would recommend

I discovered the Rapid team through a Google search and decided to engage their services for our final PCI inspection. The entire process exceeded my expectations. The report they provided was exceptionally comprehensive, with all identified defects accurately pinpointed and well-documented. Their attention to detail and thorough approach gave me complete confidence in the inspection process. I am truly impressed with the results and the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the engagement. Based on this experience, I am highly likely to involve them in our next audit as well.

Rapid building inspections were prompt & thorough in there inspection.
Definitely recommend

I highly recommend rapid building and pest to anybody looking. I had my report within a couple of hours and they were very thorough

Very prompt service when booking. They went above and beyond when I needed a building inspection quickly.
Very thorough inspection and well explained.

Matthew identified some defects that we were able to get rectified by vendors immediately. He was thorough and communicated everything we needed to do very effectively - much appreciated!

Fantastic experience with Rapid Building Inspections they were prompt from day one with their responses and Charmaine was always accommodating with our schedules. The reports were detailed and sent out quickly which we appreciated. Warren was able to answer all our questions and is a wealth of knowledge. Thanks Rapid!

We recently used Rapid Building Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection on a unit we were buying. Me leaving things to the last minute, and a 7-day clause in the contract, Rapid came to my rescue, giving me an appointment in a couple of days, and a very comprehensive report with lots of explanation photos, within two hours of the inspection time. The assessor was also contactable by phone with any questions we had. 100% recommend this company.

I recently used Rapid Building Inspection for a property inspection, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The team was prompt, thorough, and provided a detailed report that covered every aspect of the property. The inspection was completed quickly, yet nothing was overlooked. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me great confidence in understanding the condition of the property. I highly recommend Rapid Building Inspection for anyone needing a reliable and efficient inspection service. Fantastic experience overall!

Used their service about a month ago. Very efficient mob. Provided a detailed report in a timely manner. Happy with their work.

This is our second time taking whole house building and pest service with Anthony Baldwin after purchasing our property in Gold Coast . We bought our house at auction so the seller’s building and pest report in place and the report was written there was no serious issues in the report . No Active termite activity.it was written clearly . So I did not request to the seller to do pre settlement building and pest inspection . But I have a plan to contact Anthony ( he inspected the previous house for us ,he is very knowledgeable and very professional and extremely experienced and very thorough and very dedicated about his job ) before we move in new house overall inspection just to make sure to peace of our mind for any hidden costs and termite and pest .
Thanks god , Anthony found the massive extensive active live termite damage to downstairs-lower level . I was shocked and surprised as the previous seller’s report said no termite damages and no active termite activity at all . Very frustrating about the seller building report . I should not trust at all . Big lesson learned . But very thank to Anthony who pick up the termite and save our money for the future to prevent damage the whole lower level from treating eating our new house . He spent almost 3 to 4 hours the whole house inspection. He is very efficient and very trustworthy and did his job well . He is the best inspector for building and pest in the Gold Coast . I highly recommend to contact rapid and building inspector for pre purchase or existing property. We will always use Anthony’s professional services for our house building and pest inspection in the future. As most of the inspectors are walk in and just brush it and walk away and take the $$$. I will give Anthony Baldwin 100star for his service. It is beyond and above experience and you will never regret calling him for inspection before your new your property settlement. That will save a lot of money as he is the best one can find hidden costs of the house .
Thank you so much Anthony
