Rapid Building Inspections Bewertungen

Very speedy response and receipt of comprehensive report. Great service.

I have bought quite a few houses over the years and often the building inspection report is hardly worth the paper it is written on. However the report l recently received from Carl (at Rapid) was easily the most detailed and comprehensive report l have ever received. Carl rang us after the inspection and spoke in detail on his findings. Well worth the investment and highly recommended !!

Rapid building inspections were very thorough and professional and I received an in depth report complete with numerous photographs which were extremely helpful regarding the property I am about to purchase. I would certainly recommend them.

Amazingly detailed report and inspector ran me through all the small details on the phone and was super helpful

The quality of the inspection was questionable from the start. The direction the home faces was incorrect so I knew something was up. The inspector was not at all professional. Very poorly written. There is nothing much wrong with the house but you probably need to read it three times to work that out.

He was annoyed from the start. Firstly because he could find nothing about the property online and secondly it was Valentine's Day and he wanted to get home!

This is a leafy suburb and one of the first things he said was I hate trees. The next thing was it's an old Queenslander it's bound to have issues. When I pointed out it wasn't very old at all he got more sour.

He argued with me that one of the bathrooms needed a shower screen on the tub with a handheld shower. When I pointed out the rail and asked were shower curtains against the law he shut up.

Very unpleasant experience and a report so badly put together I cannot use it. What a waste of $550.

A very professional service that provided a detailed and informative report. Beau was very helpful in fitting us in at very short notice ensuring we met our purchase conditions. Would recommend and use again.

Thank you Rapid for our very thorough , easy to read report completed today
Even though it was a new build , it was very good to see through the eyes of an expert
Chris took our call post reviewing the report and answered a few extra questions we had
Excellent professional service , highly recommend this service !

Rapid Building were really quick and provided a very in-depth report for a great price! It was our second time using them and we couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks guys :)

Had the best building inspection ever! Anthony B was super thorough, friendly, and on point. He covered every nook and cranny inside out, from doors and windows to the space between roof and ceiling. He answered all my questions while inspecting and his explanations were spot-on, and the report arrived within 2 hours. Even after the inspection, he patiently answered my questions. Highly recommend! 👍

Rapid were absolutely brillant to deal with. We had some timing issues as we had to wait for a Tenant to vacate, but they kept in contact the whole time and completed the inspection/report in a very quick turnaround. Highly recommend

Anthony was an absolute legend. We had a tight building & pest clause in our contract and he went above and beyond to make sure he could conduct the inspection for us.

Anthony’s report was incredibly detailed, picking up on some crucial defects that would have likely been missed by others. As a result of Anthony’s attention to detail, we managed to negotiate a price reduction on the sale.

Very efficient, a detail report was promptly provided and the inspector made himself available for a follow up conversation.

Quick and reliable. Very fast turn around time and works well with both customer and builder to ensure best outcome for the build.

We recently used Anthony from Rapid for our pre-purchase building and pest inspection after a recommendation from a friend. Anthony was great. After 10 months of property searching we had seen our fair share of these reports and this was by far the most detailed, clear & concise report we received that provided clarity on the defects we’d be taking on with the property purchase. Great communication, same day report and on hand to answer any questions we had! Highly recommend Anthony.

Great Experience! 1 February
They were easy to talk to, the knowledge they know is excellent.
When we purchased our house last year, I felt comfortable, knowing that the inspection they done made us feel comfortable with the house. We are using them again with our house and Investment house.I recommend them.

Our pre-purchase building and pest inspection was a positive experience. Booking was easy and fast as Rapid Building Inspections arranged the time with the agent, within the contract timeline.
We were present during the inspection and the inspector was thorough and explained and pointed out issues to us. Very friendly and open.
Received the report quickly.

Awesome experience!
Anthony from Rapid Building Inspections came out to our investment property to investigate multiple issues. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise in getting to the source of the problems.
Could not recommend him highly enough and will definitely use his services in the future.

Hello Rapid Building Inspections,

I am passing on my Thanks for organising a building inspection at such late notice. The reply to my online enquiry quote was very fast and communication via telephone was great.
Your inspector Ron Smulders was brilliant. He arrived on time, was very courteous and helpful. Giving plenty of advice when questioned and was very knowledgeable about the entire process of the inspection. He helped make what could be an anxious situation, calming & enjoyable.

The report was very detailed, and the photos were well taken.
I will be recommending your team.
Thanks again.

Very thorough report , easy booking experience and affordable thank you !
