Rapid Building Inspections Bewertungen

I sent a young builder friend Jaiyden in with the inspector to also check things out.
As a builder himself Jaiyden said that the inspector was excellent and extremely thorough.
Both of our experiences with this type of inspector is that they spend more time telling you why they cant do things, than actually doing them.
We were both so pleasantly surprised so a big huge thanks for a very thorough inspection and report that we can have some confidence in.
The inspectors name on the report was Warren Smith and he came from the Mooloolaba Office. Report was delivered via email the same day

The Team at RBI were so helpful, Anthony Baldwin was prompt and efficient getting our report back to me and also more than happy to answer any questions I had, I highly recommend this company and Anthony on the Gold Coast.

Thank you for being very thorough with my building inspection

Super easy to book an inspection and highly accommodating to the timeline I needed. Very professional service and all encompassing.

The pest and building inspection conducted by Rapid was impressive. The team are professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. The detailed report and a prompt follow-up call demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. I recommend their services and will use them again for future inspections. 10 Stars for these guys!!!

Competitive price, great responsiveness and a very detailed inspection report.

Had an inspector come out for a pre inspection on our home. Didn't know the difference between an electrical conduit and a gas pipe line, had to physically show him myself as he was too scared to touch it. (It's in the garage by the way) this has really built up my confidence when our report came back with apparent structual defects. But as there is no movement in the roof or the supporting structure is the issue a structural defect or an issue with compliance.

More to this as I was not home the whole time and only my wife was, he thought he was qualified also to give her solid parenting advice to our 6 month old whilst not having children himself.

Seems that only the finest are employed by Rapid shame he was in our 3 bedroom home for almost 2 hours so not so rapid to me.

Excellent service, good communication in the set up and during the job. Report was delivered the same day. The inspector was very pleasant and respectful of the tenants in the apartment block that needed to cooperate to complete the inspection. Good price.

Glenn from Rapid Building Inspections was early to our appointment and was waiting for me when I got there. He communicated well and was fully equipped to carry out the inspection. We received his report approximately 8 hours after the inspection and it was very thorough. I would recommend him.

This was the third time we've used Rapid building inspections. Like the previous times, it was a great experience. Booking the job was easy with good communication from the team. Then the builder who arrived was on time and very thorough. He didn't mind answering a few questions about the property.
I would always use these guys.

A great team and a commendable job, and I highly recommend their services.

Great team, rapid work, and thorough report, they handled my reporting, and job very well, will use again, thankyou

On time as requested and paid for. Detailed report that was easy to understand and had photos identifying the points of concern. Very professional contractor who did a thorough job without the supervision needed by other contractors I have used.

Very quick in responding which was what i needed due to time limit. And the report was very detailed.
Very happy
Thank you team

Beau was very helpful and prompt. I would recommend RBI.

Good staff, Beau Balagot is really helpful. The inspector is punctual and issue the report in an amazing speed. Really recommend them.

quick and thorough inspection, detailed objective report and the opportunity to have an in-depth discussion with the inspector the day after. well done.

This is the third time I've dealt with Anthony from RBI and each time he has been fantastic. In my experience, his attention to detail is second to none and I feel supremely confident in trusting his opinion on the condition of any property I'm considering buying for myself or my clients.

The communication process was easy and RBI got the report out to me within a matter of hours of the inspection being finished.

Highly recommend!

I have used these guys twice now. The first time they brought to my attention a number of issues that saved me from proceeding with the purchase of a house which would have been costly. They are professional and reliable. Definitely recommend.

Easy to do the business. Good customer service. Thanks
