Exact measurements tested items website not moving
It would be better if the equipment is tested so we know what we're buying so far I've had an ice machine for $165. That did not work. I had a sandwich cart 48 inch under counter one that the compressor gave out right as I got it here.
And one of three beverage coolers I received did not hold temperature...
Having exact measurements of these items height with death is incredibly important to be able for a buyer to buy it and have it fit within their establishment.
Rasmus is a good auction format.... but when the actual auctions are going on you place a bid on something, then it moves in the shuffle of the bidding and all of a sudden you can easily accidentally bid on something you didn't want....
I did that once, but I got outbid luckily.
At site location pick up it would be great to have wheeled carts or wheeled items about what needs to be done to get the item out of the establishment
At the Chinese food place in DC on 14th St. I did not know that the doors had bolts in the ground and there was no way we could get them out of there... it also looked like the frame was welded steel stainless very difficult to work or bring tools to deal with that.

Missing items
I love Rasmus overall! But the reason for 4 stars here is because 3 of my items that I purchased were taken by someone else or not there when I got to the location for pick up. I did get a refund with no hassle, so thank you for that customer service! The man checking me out made it seem like no big deal we will refund you, but to me it is a bigger deal than just getting a refund. When I purchase an item, it’s nice to know whatever time I show up for pick up it will be there. And on this occasion, it was 3 missing items.

Attendants are great!
Attendants were great however the process Seemed a bit disorganized. The large holding stills were pulled out into the main area making it impossible for other larger items to be taken out the front making removal considerably more difficult. A separate day for such large removal involved items may have been a good idea. Removing a few items took longer than a reasonable amount of time.

The wrong item (worth about a dollar
The wrong item (worth about a dollar, at best) arrived from them and I sent a dozen text messages explaining their error, their response was "can't do anything about it". To be clear, they never sent the actual item I purchased and never responded when I requested a refund. Their text correspondence policy is simply a waste of time. Beware.

I have been loyal customer Rasmus…
I have been loyal customer to Rasmus Auction I believe since they got into the Auction business until last time throw me under the bus. I bid and won about $700+ worth of furniture. One of the item was environmentally damaged, which is hard to see it on the posted pictures unless mentioned on the item description. I figured it out on the site that the item is falling apart when I tried to pick it up.
I talked to what they call it site project manager to have this item be refunded since it did not mentioned on the description that the item has severe environmental damage, falling apart and not able to pick it up. Manager refused with bad attitude, and said "everything mentioned on the pictures". I said, pictures do Not tell me everything, suppose to be mentioned on the description as well as it says on #8 Rasmus Terms & Condition.
I did not pick up the item. Next day, I contacted Rasmus office with no luck, texting back & forth.
I gave up the refund and asked them to get the item back, they said, "You abandoned the item and we cannot find it. Now, my hard worked money never refunded, and the item is gone.
Finally, CEO contacted me texted me threatening saying "CONTINUED DISPUTES REGARDING THIS TRANSACTION MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES". I said, in fact I am going to suspend myself from Rasmus before you do. I will go head and report this to my area Attorney general, BBB & civil court and of course keep posting reviews all social media until I get my money back.
