Very clear step by step process and well presented.

I’ve bought numerous products from RAVPower and every one is a quality product. The Battery Device Chargers last seemingly forever and have carried my devices through a few storm related power outages. The desktop plug-in chargers are as quick as any I’ve used and are virtually indestructible. Great company offering quality products.

Have purchased several previous RAVPower products and they continue to serve me well… decided to share my positive experience with others as a Christmas gift. To have one charging product that can support laptop, phone, head phones and watch at one time is amazing! And it’s well designed, works on a desk and is irreplaceable when on travel.

It was very easy to navigate and very good information. Great job!

I find ordering what I needed from your company easy. I live in an area where hurricanes are very real, which means electric power can disappear, or hopefully not. I have used your power banks when necessary to charge various items during a storm. Thank you for your help.

This is my second Ravpower purchase…..my first was about four years ago and I loved it but now it was time for a new charger.

Your site said that the shipping was free yet I was charged shipping.

I’ve been wanting this RAV power charger for a good while now the purchase was fine Until I looked in my checking account I was charged twice. I just ordered the product. I haven’t received the product yet. I just wanna know why was I charged twice even though I see mine but my point is I should’ve never been charged twice in the first place.

Always a very affordable and quick checkout - never a glitch or anything that isn't polished and super clean to get in and out and get your order asap. I truly love this business.

I am a repeat RAVPower Customer. During my 1st order experience I had accidentally purchased the wrong item- The mistake was completely MY fault.
I reached out to the RAVPower support team and they refunded the money from my mistake, AND helped me choose the right item, which I had purchased.
The product is very high quality.

I was now in need of purchasing a similar item for my family member and insisted that we purchase from RAV Power.

RAV Power makes a GREAT product and it was easy for me to choose RAV Power again for my back up power needs.

I reached out to Ravpower for an expanded internal battery and now broken case on my lightly used portable battery. The product that I have (RP-PB052) has a lifetime warranty and even states so in the manual. Ravpower told me their products have an 18 month warranty and offered me 15% off of an updated product. I replied and told them again about the lifetime warranty. They made me prove it (I did previously in emails with receipts and photos), so I shared my online order (again) showing the lifetime warranty along with the manual also with the lifetime warranty. They replied that they don't sell on Amazon anymore and that it is Amazon's responsibility. WHAT? I know that Amazon pulled Ravpower and doesn't sell their product anymore, but when I purchased the charger, they were an authorized seller. The manual specifically says to contact Ravpower customer service, which I did, and they aren't standing by their warranty.

I have a RAVPower ACE SERIES Model RP-PB052 device charger (not sure how old). The case is splitting open because some internal components are apparently expanding forcing the case to split. I think this is a potentially dangerous situation, I am planning to never use it again and likely will dispose of it.

Very affordable for the seem functionality offered by you competitors.

Awesome flash sale 👍. Glad I got the notification

Advised of a poor solar panel that started burning against our gazebo.
Ok lost details of purchase which is no issue for a replacement or % off a new one.
Just be warned of the pc122 prime 28w 3 port solar chargers.
Could be a danger and lucky we were at our tent a the time of this happening to ours.
Smelt burning and saw smoke coming on the fold of the panels.
I have images but cannot add here.
Could be very dangerous, company have been informed but if they do anything is any other thing, as they don’t even want the product back to investigate it.
All they said was don’t use it and unplug everything from it. Doh it don’t work as burnt out.

BE WARNED.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finding the right product. I own a RP-PB41 that I bought around 2011. I carry it with me when we are traveling. Ravpower is great to have when you need a quick charge.

great value for these recharging packs.
While I had previous problems with a different product, because they stood behind it I ordered another product to check out. Hope these work like advertised, will give me extra time for my heated vest.

Quick, detailed response. Issue was handled effectively and resolved.

It would have been 5 star, but no matter what I tried on my Mac using safari, my order would not complete. All info was correct. I moved to my iPhone and completed the order in seconds. Not sure why Mac or Safari or something else caused the problem but I was about to quit my order.

I have purchased more than a few RAV charger banks thru Amazon in the past but couldn’t find your products there today. But, I found y’all here. I needed two 20,000mAh portable chargers for me and my wife to take with us on a flight to Alaska. Took advantage of the discount too. Can’t wait to use them.
