Great company, great products.

The product is great, what is not great is the way RAV is trying to nickel and dime the customer, adding $0.98 to guarantee delivery and even asking for tips, which is incredible: are your employees some moonlighting waiters.

The website is very user friendly and with great graphics and clear information. The prices were very reasonable. The purchase process was straightforward and that builds confidence that the products are high quality as well.

Horrible product!! I bought the RP PB055 RavPower PD Pinoeer 30000mAh. I used it no more than 10 times within 2 years while on road trips for work to charge my laptop, and now the device mysteriously won’t turn on. The device never worked very well to begin with and was untrustworthy. It would die very very quickly with just a laptop plugged into it. The RAV support team offered no help and sent me 15% discount off their order products. I’d be very cautious before buying this product. I was hopeful it would work, but clearly it is a dud and RAV is happy to sell poor quality products. Very disappointing. Buyers beware!!!

Horrible company, if you need warranty you will just get the runaround. Had two power banks fail slightly after a year and even though warranty is more than 1 year, they said they are not under warranty. Do yourself a favor and buy from a more reliable brand.

Have purchased a charger from them on Amazon so they were sending me emails. Was prompted to provide my email on their website for a coupon. I use a separate wildcard email for every site. The email address was immediately used to spam me from "Cali Tiger" and other bogus websites. Don't trust these scammers!

Ravpower.com ran a Halloween sale, accepted my order, took my money, then reneged while their site reported their continuing sales to others at a higher price. Claiming they were out of stock (at the lower price) despite the website’s continuing sales counter, they told me to select other items all of which are totally unlike the 712 Wh 120vAC power station ordered. Despite being willing to wait, it took four emailed demands to escalate, then get a refund. NEVER BUY FROM ANYTHING FROM ANY SUNVALLEY BRAND! Look at other reviews too, to see what kind of operators they are. They are too likely cheat, and do not care to honor promises, even when caught in a lie. US and China regulator messages follow next, to hopefully void their licenses.

Misleading and bad customer service. I was looking for a Ravpower (Sun Valley Tech) product (USB car charger) on Am***n (online retailer). Found out that Am***n (online retailer) removed this company's selling privileges. Now I know why!! On my purchase receipt, they promised 2-7 day delivery... for me this seemed reasonable. The item was not shipped in a timely manner. In fact, I tried to cancel shortly after I ordered and was informed that they would not cancel it even though the item was still at their warehouse and had not yet been shipped. Further, they asked me to wait to receive it and then use their return option (on my time). 11 days later, I have still not received the package. I called customer service at (888) 456-8468 today and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they would not honor their promise for timely delivery. Rep said "there is no option for a cancellation and further, it's business days not calendar days". Again, my order receipt indicated "2-7 days" (not "business days"). As of today, its been 11 days (9 business days). Still no package.
This is why I like Am***n online retailer... easy to review, cancel or modify orders and timely responses no matter how small the order is.
I have already purchased another product elsewhere. So I guess I have an extra RAVPOWER VC030 CAR CHARGER if anyone wants one for a good price. I rarely write negative reviews... but this experience needed to be shared. Buyers beware!!

The once GREAT support/product site, is/has been broken for sometime.

Chats are not answered, downloads are completely unavailable and NO ONE is answering any form of communication.

Another great product lost to the ravages of poor business mgmt.

Expensive USB power supply lasted barely 13 months - just beyond warranty period. Planned obsolescence most likely. STAY AWAY from Ravpower

RAVPower offers poor product support, and their products are not made to last. While they work, these products are fine; but don't expect them to keep working. My 90W GaN charger died after less than two years of service, and RAVPower offered nothing in the way of repair, replacement, or refund. They simply couldn't care less about the longevity of their products.

Got a Turbo Series battery pack as a gift from my brother before he went on deployment on a US submarine. The battery pack worked fine for about a month then stopped functioning. Contacted customer service and they refused to help without the receipt. I sent in a picture of the serial number. They don't understand that it's almost impossible to get any communication from a person that's in a submarine.

I ordered two chargers, I received two cables instead. Their support is a joke. This place is borderline fraud.

Bought the RAVPOWER 100W 2 USB C Ports PD Wall Charging Adapter for very expensive $62 in March 2022. It broke in Nov 2022 and wouldn't charge even though i only used it when travelling couple of times as I mainly use Apple original chargers. An LED on the Ravpower unit would go on then off when I plugged it into any device and wouldn't charge the devices. I only got this because the Anker 747 was not out yet. I have many Apple chargers but needed this to save space as it has two plugs. The Apple chargers have never broken. I still have ones from Macbook 13" 2010 working. RAVPOWER Support is giving me the runaround with warranty replacement. Shinobu keeps saying he will send it but it's out of stock or not in the bin or not shipped yet .... whatever the excuse is I too, like Amazon, am booting RAVPOWER from my life. NEVER AGAIN!

Well unfortunately here's another bad customer service / product review. I bought a 60W 6-port USB charger in 01-2021, and used the info on a card that came with it to "Activate Your Privilege Service" to extend my warranty. The resulting webpage says that my warranty is good until 07-2023. Well, as of 11-29-2022 my unit will no longer power up. I contacted RAVPower's support department, even sending them copies of the documents I received from them. And, CSR "Lance" is telling me that it's no longer covered. I responded with objection, and he's now told me to contact Amazon for warranty claims - even though I filed the warranty extension directly with RAVPower (and they're nowhere to be found on Amazon anymore). They've obviously lost a customer.

I got the Pioner 80W power bank and it stoped working after about 20 charging cycles. The 110VAc port never worked properly, turning off after 10minutes when trying to use it.
Now my unit is completely dead, after talking to RavPower costumer service to send it back to get it repaired, they said it cannot be repair and I should buy a new one.
Their reviews in their website are fake, I submitted my review and of course its not there.
Amazon removed them from their Seller for buying 5stars reviews

Super easy to order with fast shipping. This is the second one I have ordered. Excellent quality, excellent charging capabilities. This one is slim compared to the older model. Happy!!

Ok, where do I begin. I contacted RavPower back in April about a pack that does not work. They then offered me a replacement which they never sent. They later said they are not allowed to send me the replacement they promised me. I spoke with Gen the only manager who works in CS and she tells me to wait till they can find the original. Well I've contacted them once a month and they never have an update. Absolute fraud of a company see how they've been removed from Amazon as well.
