I had a RavPower iSmart Power Bank for YEARS. It finally broke down on me (will no longer charge) and I wanted to replace it because RavPower is the only bank that charges rapidly and lasts for years. I couldn't find RavPower on Amazon so I did some research. Once I realized RavPower still existed, I went straight to the website and purchased. It’s a superior product in my opinion.

Disappointed the battery I have and want to replace is no longer available and the back up (the black one) is now out of stock. Hopefully the battery I did buy will be sufficient. The original battery I have still works, but it no longer charges fully as I've dropped it numerous times. I've had it for 5 years and use it Every day. It's an amazing battery which is why I was sure to come to the site to purchase another one.

Have been satisfied over the years with the products I purchased.

I have purchased your products and they perform very well and I would like to know do you build 24 Volt D/C power banks at 100 watts.

I have been pleased with previous separate purchases from you over the last few years and happy to see that you were offering something that I could use at a discount .
My previous purchase experience has always been positive with good quality products that have performed well and met or exceeded my expectations.

Very easy website and the ordering process is just as simple. Have used the prior version of this product and it is excellent!

easy to navigate website. cool new products. reputation for reliable and quality merchandise.

The company stood by its product and the warranty and was relatively quick in responding; from beginning to end it was only a few days to resolve the issue, and there was frequent communication and updates. There were two small frustrations. First, the initial response and suggestion was relatively generic and did not seem to take into account my initial email to customer service. Second, having to provide a video required some time on my end (though I understand why it was requested).

I had several questions regarding one of your products and the CS person did a fine job in answering all my questions.

Pretty good sale price!!! I did buy 3 ports power bank from you five years ago and it still works. I'm very satisfy with that experience.
Thank you, RAVPower team!

Great products and great value. Love the flash sales when they have them too.

You make fantastic products. Very slow shipping at least a couple years ago but I let it slide. Thats how good your products are

I received a sales email which I often check out. I saw a charging block which had an excellent price. The whole process was easy and the check out went smoothly.

I consider RAV products to be of consistently high quality & aesthetically designed. Bur really, if a battery/power supply requires a recharger, why not include one ith the purchase order? Or, at the very least suggest the ideal charger specifications, or alternatives like car-charger, solar panel, etc.?

I’ve always had good luck with Ravpower products. I made the mistake of putting a small bottle with liquid in the same pocket as the ravpower charger I have had for 4 years and now it doesn’t work. Lesson learned. It’s a great product. The best. So, I ordered the newest one. Money well spent.

Easy process plus extra discount via online purchase. Reviews were also helpful
