I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from. I have five different RAVPOWER devices and I never had an issue with any of them. I did have a few technical questions early on and they responded very quickly. Then again I never had to deal with a warranty issue. I found the products to be well built and they work perfectly for my needs.

As a long time RAVPOWER customer they have forever lost my business. Would not replace a $135 power bank that I bought from Amazon even though it was still in warranty. Told me that I have to talk to Amazon.
Goodbye RAVPOWER...you probably don't care anyway since you could care less for your customers.

Rav power banks both became defective before warranty Amazon and Sunvalley both don't want to take accountability therefore will be taking it higher to consumer rights act!!

Nice to see I'm not the only one with this issue this will help my case when suing anyone else want answers?

Rubbish! Bought replacement batteries and charger for my Sony camera via amazon but sold by ravpower. After 14 months the batteries are don't charge. Contacted customer services as they offer an 18 month warranty. But because they don't sell through amazon anymore they won't help. Rubbish product with rubbish excuses, don't buy their junk.

That’s actually meant as a negative star. I’m attempting to return the battery. They responded they will only accept returns if the product is not functioning plus I would have to pay for the return. (Would I take $15 and keep the item.) Their site makes no mention of this. On the contrary, it says no shipping charges beyond initial purchase even on returns. I sent that back to them and, of course, no response. And shouldn’t expect one. If you buy from them you’re stuck with it the way it is, the way you got it!

Bought a charger and battery for my camera off amazon. It didn't work when it first arrived so emailed them and managed to return it for a refund. They said it was likely just a battery problem so I decided to give them a second chance and bought a new set. Only used it a handful off times over the past year and then it suddenly stopped working again. Emailed customer support and they said the warranty isn't valid now because they've stopped selling on amazon after I bought the item which is frankly ridiculous. How can that void a warranty when it was bought from the ravpower store that was operating on amazon? I will certainly not be recommending this brand and I suggest going for better alternatives like anker. On a side note, looks like amazon took them off because they were buying reviews. Not a great company. Save your money.

I have purchased more than 6 RAV POWER devices either directly from RAV POWER or via Amazon. Three of the USB C power supplies (GaN tech) have failed. They are just a few months beyond their warranty. I contacted RAV POWER (Sunvalley) and although they did respond, they were unwilling to offer any compensation or replacements. Power supplies should have a usable life well beyond 18 months. Although I like the product design, I think the reliability is sub-par and the customer attitude is equally sub-par. From reading other user experiences here, it seems I am not alone

I ordered two products from this company and not only were they delivered to the wrong address according to my tracking app Shop. But they have not responded to any emails from me to help address the issue and help fix it. I was looking forward to owning and using these products considering a close friend likes them and now I spent 50+ dollars on not one but 2 products I don't even own.

Did not honor return policy. Tried to return two items within 30 day window. After much resistance told “ok” but RAVPower never followed up as they promised.

Bought the 26800mAh 5.5A 3-Port Power Bank Charger in the fall of 2019. To this day I have only had to charge it two times. Went to charge it Feb 2022 and it just stopped its ability to charge my phone or tablet. If you want to waste your money on this by all means do so. For something that had only been used
two times, and the third time you go to use it, it no longer works is pretty inexcusable. And the customer service isn't very accommodating either. Read the reviews!!! Several people have had the same experience. After a year or two it dies. And the 18mth warranty they offer just leaves you tough out of luck.

Purchased a battery power bank and it never arrived. Instead of taking responsibility for shipping electronics without requiring a signature they blamed fedex.

Purchased the AC adapter from Amazon on May 2021 and it stopped working by the end of the year. I reached out to Ravpower for assistance, after some initial troubleshooting I was told that I need to speak with Amazon to have the AC adapter refunded. Amazon refused as their standard policy is to replace/refund only within a 30 day window (not surprised here, they are just following protocols). I let Ravpower representative know about the situation and they have stopped responding...

I am stuck with a broken AC adapter and Ravpower won't help even though I am within my warranty period.

Recently purchased two 15000mAh 18W Portable Charger USB C Power Bank for both of my kids and they are a nice slim design and work well for my kids. I have purchased several other products in the past and they hold their charge and charge my stuff very well.

I have to say the filehub is a really cool device which I loved it. I am using this device for playing my recording videos. Wow!!! It is REALLY worth to have it, oh my gosh!

I had a very positive experience purchasing my latest Ravpower power bank charger. It's the quality product I expected and arrived in 3 days following purchase. I've purchased several of the same power banks in the past for personal use and gifts and have not been disappointed. I use mine as a power source when hiking, biking and traveling. I am very happy with their dependability and durability.

Terrible Product. Just junk.
NPFW50 replacement batteries are dead on arrival. or at best they last 1 month, maximum. I'm on my second set of "warrantied" replacements and they are exactly the same as the first batch, DEAD on arrival. Can't be charged over 60% straight out of the box, then within a few charges the fail to register any voltage at all rendering them landfill. Skip this product all together.

Also, of consideration, they completely ignore negative reviews on their website... they do not post them. consider that when looking at their rating

I bought 8 items in ravpower.com., firstly, many of them twice bigger then in the photo, Secondly, the next day the price on their website turned out to be 50% less than I paid. Thirdly, a couple of things do not work at all, do not I naively assumed that you can call them or arrange a return of defective goods, but alas, neither one nor the other. I wrote to them in the chat, each time I waited a day or two for an answer. They demanded some numbers, when I found and sent them, they demanded that I explain in detail the reasons for the breakdown of the goods, etc. The negotiations took a week. In the end, I just realized, that it is easier for me to throw this $ 100+ down the drain than to deal with such a service. I do not advise anyone to deal with this company, this is a very dubious office !!!

++ high power and performance - can even run my notebook with the powerbank
++ low self discharge - even after months I have all Leds lighting up when probing the charge status
++ good form factor
Pros power supply:
++ high efficiency
++ runs any device from MacBook, notebook to charging iPhones or power banks
Cons:
-- seems currently not to be available at THE big online retailer, however on ebay etc.

What a terrible experience. Customer service Grade is F!!! One excuse after another to do a simple return. The charger didn't charge my laptop. It didn't work correctly and the return process began. One email after another just to do a return. I learned my lesson. Read reviews and do research on a company before making a purchase. Should have used Amazon Prime.

I've tried ordering twice with Ravpower. The first time I realized that my product wasn't shipped 10 days after ordering, so I went back to them to clarify. They told me it wasn't in stock, but it will be in two weeks. I decided to cancel the order and look for alternatives.

After a month I haven't found anything suitable and decided to order another product - again shown as "available". This time I messaged the customer support to make sure it's going to be shipped.. They confirmed that it was in stock and it will take a maximum of 7 days. I waited 10 days and nothing happened, so I reached out again..

They told me it wasn't in stock. This seems to be their business model. I'm deeply unsatisfied after waiting almost a month for products that I've never received.
