Maybe I should have read the reviews before purchasing I'm going through he same thing where the product never leaves the warehouse.....Ill be asking a refund as well.... I really wanted to see if this product works for me.

Ordered product early July 2021, got all the typical " confirmed order workflow emails" ..few days later "ups" label printed notice. Then crickets. Emails to customer service, was one excuse after another that contradicted each other. Only when I gave them the option to cancel / refund (at first told me that "we can not do that, you need to wait to receive item, and request rma to return on my on dime"). I simply told them that they had a day to issue a refund or I was filing a fraud complaint with my Amex card against them. That got their attention and I had my refund within hours. It has been over a month now since I initial order and ups tracking # is still actively showing "waiting on product". This company is messed up at the moment.

Ordered the product online. Outside of the automatic email order confirmation, never heard from the company until we inquired days later. They provided a UPS tracking number and it was determined days after that UPS never had possession of the item. The lack of integrity of this outfit deserves less than one star. Was not surprised to learn shortly after that Amazon had taken Ravpower products off their website. A company that delays shipment like they do without having the intention of alerting the customer is at the bottom of the barrel.

I placed an order for an in stock item on July 1st, and was charged for the item. About a week later, I received a tracking number but UPS said they never got the package. The item was in stock for at least three weeks after I placed the order, but it didn't get shipped even though I followed up about the order several times. Then RavPower said the item was out of stock and they could not ship for another few weeks. The website clearly states that all orders will be shipped within 7 business days, yet my order was not shipped until August 5th, 5 weeks after I placed the order.

I am extremely frustrated by the terrible customer service from RavPower.

So far I would give a 2 star for the logistics department. It has been 5 working days since my order was processed and pending shipment. Ironically the UPS label has been created. What the hell is going on?

I've had my power bank for 26 months, unfortunately I have had an issue and contacted the warranty department. Due to the problem and the age of the device she offered us a part refund, this was the best outcome that was agreed. I can not recommend their customer service department Enough. Nicole was lovely and very helpful. Normally with companies you wait weeks for a response but Nicole responded very quick and regularly. Thank you for all your help! Excellent Outcome.

High quality and well designed solar panels. I've purchased 3 of them over the past 3 years and use them daily to charge my various USB devices without any issues. Recommended.

I bought a Ravpower RP-PB19 (16000mAh). It failed after a few months.

I bought the RavPower PD pioneer 65w 4-Port charger. Used it the first day at work and charged my ipad Pro and iPhone 11 Pro and it worked perfect and after reading all the reviews I knew it was what I needed in my life.

Just got my third device and as usual it is just as explained.
Got our first about 9 months ago for daughter (for her phone)
Got my son one a liitle bigger (for phone and computer)
Got bigger one with 110 outlet for me and wife
All where deliverd quickly all work above expected if we ever had questions or concerns cust service was always spot on. Each device had its specific use all are working fantastic my latest with 110 out i myself not only use around home and work but when we are camping outdoors even helped in occasional power outs we have at our cabin
I highly recommend ravpower besides great price and quality its the customer service we have had
I've never had to replace or repair but I no with confidence ravpowers warranty and cust service will be there for me and my family once again ravpower keep up the great products and service p.s next for me will be big portable power plant and I'm looking forward to it

I have been using the RD-002 for the last 4 years and found it very versatile. not only did it serve as a battery but also saved me by being able to download my pictures from the camera to a hard drive after my institution blocked my USB ports in the computer. This year the battery quitted charging and after contacting the company they have replaced the item at no cost. Really thank you very much

Came here to write a review to warn other customers - my charger from RAVPower caught ON FIRE in the middle of the night! I'm a light sleeper, thankfully, so woke up and extinguished it before it caught... This was an extender plug with 4 ports, no battery components or flammable parts.. Clearly, RAVPower did not put a single surge protection feature into their product - it just overheated.

Cannot recommend buying from this company.

Customer service stinks. I bought a product and did not use it right away, which is my fault, but when I called to tell them that all THREE products that I bought do not charge I was told I had to put them in the sun for 8 days and call back. I was told if they did not charge they would be replaced. I attempted to charge them eight days (why would you want a solar charger that takes 8 days to charge?) and they did not charge. I called back, and was told they were out of warranty and that they would not do anything for me. It was bad enough I had one for me, but the other two were gifts and they are JUNK!!! Very disappointed in product and service. Will not purchase from them again, and would recommend others to not purchase as well!

RAVpower initially shipped the RP-UM003 SSD with an embedded Trojan:Win32/Occamy.C78 on the tools read-only partition. I purchased a new 512GB version from an ebay computer shop. RAVPower has many "where to buy" reseller/distributors and does not state a restricted dealer network. The short term solution was to hide this partition while RAVpower developed a fix. That fix has not worked on my drive. My drive is well within warranty so I decided to correspond with support. Short answer is that the fix doesn't work on my 1st gen version of the drive. Better yet, apparently they will only warranty a drive sold by them, not by any their resellers. Nowhere on their site nor warranty page does it state "authorized resellers" nor that you must go back to your reseller. In fact, contacting "support" for an RMA is an option listed there. Even if that were the case, releasing a product with an embedded Trojan is not a product fit for service. It is not an expensive device. It can go in the trash can. But this is a company whose products I would not trust with a byte of my data. I've been in the industry for 30 years. Shipping an infected product and washing your hands of it is low class by any measure. Google "ravpower ssd virus" for yourself.

I bought an 12V Powerbank and it just works excellent.
Im convinced of the quality and will continue to buy from RAVPower if I ever need any of the products.

Bought a 10,000 mAh portable charger on Amazon. Within a month one usb port stopped charging and the other showed 22 hours to charge a cell phone. Checked using other devices and same result. Ravpower sent me a replacement which worked for 2 weeks, then ... same problem. Threw both of them in the trash and out the money. Won't buy any Ravpower products again.

Their product line is excellent and most products have lasted for years. Buyers of some power banks now need to be sure to completely review their offerings to ensure what they buy is complete...In 2020 they sell their premium power bank without chargers to charge them and instructions that no longer match the product in the box.

As a now-former promoter of their products I sincerely hope they get things together.

I bought the Ravpower Xtreme series power bank on Amazon.
Didn’t try it at first, unfortunately when I did, it was outside a return window.
The product is really rubbish, does not work at all, my phone shows the charging icon for a second and that’s it.
I tried all ports, none of them is working- what a waste of money.

I bought a RAVPower® 6-Port USB Desktop Charging Station (50W / 10A, iSmart Fast Charger) back in 2015. This charger has not been switched off for over 3 years and continues to deliver power to all ports around the clock. Exceptional build quality and I am extremely happy with this brand. I will be using RAVPower® again if I ever need any of the products they sell.
