Really easy to use, all staff lovely and very helpful

I've had a wonderful experience dealing with this company and supporting their meaningful work for pensioners.

Felipe our account manager is really helpful and has even attended some of our staff events – we saw a huge spike in usage because of that. The analytics provided are also useful. From a personal standpoint I use the platform for my weekly shop and any electronic purchases.

It's quick and simple to redeem the voucher. I've never had an issue

This scheme is let down by not having a app that the vouchers can be downloaded onto. This way you could see when used and received.
Trying to save the vouchers and then finding them in a shop is hard and time consuming for cashiers. It also brings the voucher use to every shopper’s attention.

Other than this the process is good to get the voucher and the choice of stores is good too.

Would be better if there was more choice - most offer Amazon. I searched for it but it wasn’t there.
