My address / post code was chosen for a survey I got £25 for answering general questions online then got another £25 with face to face interview answering further general questions about myself. I found it very worth while. I will earn a further £100 for 4 more this year. One is chosen through the post code not the person, so if I moved house, it would continue with the new property owner at my address . It’s really helped me out with the vouchers I chose. Completely safe data protection, my details will not be shared

I was given a voucher via the employee…
I was given a voucher via the employee benefits process run by Pluxee. I got to the point of redeeming the cash as an argos card, the card number and pin issued. Tried to use it and the process failed at the argos online point of purchase. I have complained to pluxee, still heard nothing. Argos have replied they can do nothing as I didn't buy the card through them. Don't have contact details for the part of the company that contracted pluxee. 3 hours in and still no contact from pluxee on what I'm supposed to do. Card now expires today. Brilliant!!

impossible to find balance
got a card via giffgaff and it works but pluxee seems to work vert hard to not show you a balance. their website says to call a number in Milton Keynes and select the balance option... there isn't any such option
When i spoke with customer service they gave me the balance but when asked where and how i can find it they hung up. ONe can only assume that their business model is the money left on the card when people forget and it expires

This is absolutely useless
This is absolutely useless. I cannot top up with ANY card from ANY of the (over 5 banks) my wife or I have a bank account with. It's completely ridiculous. "The Authorisation has been rejected by the Vendor due to insufficient authentication"
I've spent hours trying to sort this out. Stay away.
