I'm not sure why I'm giving them even two stars. Their confirmation email said it was dispatched. After two weeks I sent an email to check, but no response. It's now three weeks and I haven't seen it. Maybe they're using a shoddy delivery company, but they ought to be more careful.

Avoid this business at all costs. I spent almost £200 on a birthday gift and none of my emails or phone calls have been answered regarding delivery or refund.

As per the previous reviews pls avoid this company at all costs. Continuous broken and unfilled promises of refunds.
With numerous stalling tactics thrown in for good measure in what I can only assume is a vain hope that I will go away.
However this will not happen and now left with no option but to raise a grievance with Devon Trading Standards amongst other measures.

my order arrived in February but was unsuitable. I emailed to say I was returning it, sent it off within a day of it arriving, then heard nothing. Phone never answered, emails not replied. I eventually received a phone call as the missed call was registered. Very pleasant lady said she had received the return and would organise a refund. Nothing. Several phone attempts and emails sent. Nothing. My last email informed that I am taking legal action.

I ordered a knife and knife roll and received a DPD notification saying it would be delivered 2 days later. Then... nothing. No delivery, DPD status just shows that they haven't received the item and I've called and emailed numberous times but no response. It's now nearly 3 weeks later and I have initiated a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back.
This business should be shut down as it's illegal to take money under false pretences. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sent the wrong thing. Now they won't answer phone calls or emails. I regret using them and hope you don't.

I ordered a knife from them. They didn't respond the phone calls and the emails. In my last email I have mentioned them, I will report them to the police. They called me back within an hour and send me the knife what I ordered. I suggest everyone to do the same.

Placed an order and got the now infamous "won't be sent for another 5 to 10 working days" reply. I then looked up reviews and my heart sank. Emailed back, got no reply. Phoned, got no reply. Tried about 20 times a day then out of the blue Viv phoned and came up with the usual excuses about phones not available and sick mother. While I have every sympathy for a sick relative, this is not my concern an d she is running a business. I told her this and she wasn't happy but said she would ring back, which she did to my surprise. Told me I would have the goods maybe Friday or Monday but when I pushed to get a firm date, it changed to Tuesday and then said she couldn't really confirm as the goods were not there. Well I told her what I thought and asked her to refund my payment and I also put a claim in to Paypal for backup. Within 7 minutes it was resolved and my money returned. I then ordered the same goods from Harts of Stur and they arrived within 2 days. As my title says, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I actually asked her if she'd read the reviews here and she said no. If I could give minus or no stars I would. Avoid like the plague or get your money back if you've already ordered

I recommend you avoid this company. I had a partial delivery of one order in Dec 2021 and a complete delivery of a second in Jan 2022, so that was good. However, I still haven't received the outstanding item from the first. There's no response to emails and it's impossible to get through by phone. On the one occasion that the phone was answered, she said she would check and call back but never did. A real shame as the products I did receive were great.

I ordered a dish 5 weeks ago and was told it would be 5-10 days, it has still not arrived and I cannot contact them as the phone is not answered and has no voicemail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered & paid, no email confirmation, cannot contact by phone. They kept my money so I went through PayPal & got my money back.

Avoid Like The Plague

Ordered on 28 December 2021, as of 15 March 2022 still waiting for an item paid for. Viv will come up with all sorts of excuses; no internet, no phones, looking after her mother, etc. Don't believe a word she says. Promises given and promises broken. Take your business elsewhere. You've been warned...

Shocking way for a company to behave! I am trying to return faulty goods but no one answers the phone and unable to leave a message. Email has gone unanswered. As for there being a problem with internet etc recently, well there are posts on their Facebook page going back a year with the same complaints!

Ordered a replacement glass pan lid three weeks ago. Got a confirmation email on the day of the order then heard nothing. Phoned them but they never answer and you can't leave a message. Sent an email query but got no reply.
UPDATE. Just had a phone call from a nice lady who explained that they have no power or internet which would explain the lack of communication.

Total scam. Phone number no longer works, facebook message function disabled. Order not delivered but uncontactable.
If anyone knows Viv Melvin, tell her to stop stealing from people.

I ordered kitchen canisters at 7.00am on the 25th January.I received an email at 9.00am(2 hours later)to say the order had been processed. At 11.47 on the 25th(the same day) I received an email from DPD to say that the parcel would be delivered the next day. They arrived at lunchtime approximately 36 hrs after ordering.Fantastic service from Viv. In addition the canisters were a much better price that elsewhere.
I also placed another order at the end of December 2021 and was kept fully informed of when to expect my order to be delivered. I would defiantly order again without hesitation.

Absolute disgrace of a company, but I see I'm not the only one. Goods arrived faulty and waited at home for the three collection days offered. Blamed DPD for not collecting!! requested a refund on 12.11.21 and nothing so far. No returns policy, no complaint procedure (standard legal requirements). If you have had the same appalling service of ignoring your emails and letting the telephone ring out with no resolution - REPORT THEM!!! Didn't have the option of no stars.

First Class Customer Service
In spite of original order item being out of stock - and a couple of glitches in communication all was resolved promptly by email and telephone and received in time for Christmas. Expectations exceeded! Many many thanks to those concerned.

I made my purchase before I saw the Trustpilot reviews so was a little nervous when I read them, but I needn't have been; I ordered a Wushtof Classic carving knife on Sunday night, sent them an email late on Monday night to see if they had a delivery estimate as I had only received a paypal confirmation email (was a little anxious about getting it before Christmas) and by 9am Tuesday I had a call from a polite lady who confirmed they had my order, they had completed the mandatory age check and my order was ready for dispatch. It left them on Tuesday afternoon and was with me lunchtime Weds. So all in all great service that doesn't at all tally with some of the other reviews on here. The product arrived quickly, in sealed condition and communication with the seller was pretty good. Maybe others have been unlucky, but based off this one experience, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Worst company ever ! Waited 10day still no order...phoned them and they promised items would be sent that day and the items would be with me within 24hr..I am now another 2weeks down the line...still no items ! There not answering the phone or emails so I’ve had to open a claim with my bank. BUYERS BEWARE ! I would recommend buying from another company!
