Cheap and extremely low quality products drop shipped from China. Website is full of AI generated images and fake Trustpilot reviews. Returns policy is very poor, you have to ship them back to China which takes weeks, if not longer, to get your money back.

Very similar experience to many other reviewers here. I got taken in by the fake 'Trust Pilot' reviews and decided to order a pair of orthopaedic leather shoes from the store in London... except it's not. The item took nearly 6 weeks to arrive-damaged- from China! It was poorly packaged, poorly made and completely the wrong size. Customer service was clearly AI and requested photos of the damaged item. I was offered a 20% refund if I returned the incorrectly sized, damaged item to an address in China, at my own expense! It'd be hilarious if I wasn't so angry at the sheer audacity of the whole operation. A shameless scam. Thankfully I complained to my bank and Visa refunded my debit card for the full amount, so that option is definitely worth a try.
Also, I have reported Rosie London to Trading Standards, awaiting a response.
NB. The single 5* review on here is looking very lonely (if not suspicious!🤣)

Well it turned up looking absolutely awful' Nothing like the picture at all. Quality is the poorest I've ever seen. But you try getting a refund! It comes from China! AVOID AT ALL COSTS I have reported them to trading standards and applied to my Bank for a dispute- funny that the Banking is in Dublin?? The supposed shop is in London - yet they are shipped from China?? THIS SITE NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN. # UPDATE - I put a claim in with my bank even though I paid by debit card and got a full refund. As their banking is in Dublin! - go figure

This company can not be trusted to sell you good quality products. Definitely AVOID. I purchased what looked like cute quality vegan leather ankle boots, they arrived after several weeks, most likely from China, they have no name on them, the size at least 2 sizes to small and the material is the cheapest plastic you will ever see footwear being made from. Incredible how they are allowed to advertise. They don't offer refunds, no paper invoice included within. Always check the feedback away from the actual advert. They are dishonest. I'm cross with myself falling for this one.

This company is a total scam. Eventually got the item which was such poor quality and now won't communicate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The fake trust pilot score please please don't buy from them

This site needs to shut down immediately ! I spent £262 and received one so far which was of the poorest quality,
I sent numerous emails to them with no replies about the rest of my order and no replies as yet . so alarming , i just wished I had checked trust pilot first before ordering from them
STay away at all cost!! the clothe look beautiful on line but the one item I received is paper thin material and poor quality !!

Like the rest of the reviews I was scammed. The confirmation came in the form of a text message instead of email and tracking number was invalid. Took over 6 weeks to be delivered, the quality was questionable, fit was poor and when requested a refund realised this was not based in London as the name would assume but actually based in China. They offered £8 refund of a £45 iteam instead of paying for shipping to return. Have questioned this. Don't even bother with this website!!

Do not buy from this company. They sent me a pair of boots which were of bad quality, smell and size and not my size by 5 sizes. They said I can keep the boots and receive a 20% refund, after many back and forth emails. They are not London based. I believe from China.
I'm still trying to get my money back. I sent pictures of the evidence as well, they are trying not to acknowledge this. Save yourself the problems and avoid!!!

Please please do not buy from this site. The pictures are not real. The products are not as described and are pure rubbish. They shouldn’t be allowed to continue to trade!!!! What can be done about them being allowed to scam people? There is no shop in London closing down, everything from china

Delay in receiving goods,terrible quality,not as advertised diabolical customer service,no way to contact a person.Goods sent from China with a ridiculous returns policy and certainly contravention UK consumer regulations.

Total disgrace! Scammers should be calling themselves Rosie China not London. Boots far from what they show on their website. Poor quality, looking disgusting and stinking like cheap plastic. Say shipping 1-3 days but they come from China so takes about 2 weeks to arrive! How can they still be legally operating??? Thinking of reporting them to consumer protection agency for misleading and missselling.

The advertising for the garment I bought seemed to be very genuine with refunds and 30 day returns ,however,trying to actually return it was a different matter.All communications were extremely polite but I was given a choice between accepting a 20% refund or paying for its return to China,not London! The supposed reduction in price proved to be false also.

I can’t believe I fell for this scam. I thought it was a UK based clothing company but apparently it is all the way in china. The fit was wrong I have emailed them that I want to return the item and they have been yanking my chains for days now, asking for pictures of the size tag, offering discounts like why will I want to patronize a company that is shady as hell. I just want return my item

They are nothing to do with London, they are China based. The item I ordered was much too small. They asked me to take a photo of the garment to see the size. There was no size label. They then said could I take a photo of myself wearing the garment to give them an idea of the size while holding a measure from pit to pit. I told them I was not a contortionist. I was then offered a 25% discount to keep the garment. I declined this as there was no point in keeping an item that would not fit. Since then I get a robot reply offering the same discount or return to China for full refund,

I ordered some gorgeous shoes for £44 and when they arrived they were a cheap version and stank of chemicals. The name of the company insinuates that it is London but no, it's right across the other side of the world!! I asked for a full refund but the buyer has to pay postage which would be loads. I have just asked for a 25% refund which was offered. I'm fuming!! This should not be able to happen!!!
