I’m disappointed to find myself joining the growing number of customers who’ve been taken in by this lot. The website looks legitimate, but I should have clocked that the so-called Trustpilot reviews are just screenshots, none of them actually link anywhere. I’ve been waiting for my order for nearly two weeks now. I’ve started the process of getting my money back through my bank, even though I stupidly paid by debit card. Hopefully they’ll see what’s obvious at this point: Rosie London isn’t a boutique or a brand, but a scam operation.

The delivery lead time is outrageous. The company are in China, they do not inform you that the delivery lead time is when they can get the garment manufactured! There appear to be many of these Chinese companies misleading the UK buyer, when I was advised that they hadn't shipped my order, two weeks after ordering and paying, I told them to cancel the order and refund me. I was told that they couldn't do that, but full return details would be sent with my delivery!! A total scam! They purported to be a company in London, UK closing down!!!! Diabolical service.

I cannot believe I fell for this scam - I ordered an item as a gift thinking it was of English origin, and the reduced price was part of a closing down sale, only to find it originates in China. Quick to take the money, constant e-mails assuring me the item was on its way, only to find, when it arrived that it was nothing like the advertised picture and their XL size wouldn't fit a dwarf. An absolute con, with no method of redress, and it stands as yet another example of crooked Chinese advertising. May they live in interesting times!

They sent the wrong size shoes. After much forward and backwards they offered me to keep the shoes that are size 36 not 39 and purchase another pair at a 30% discount. But I don’t want to buy another pair. I want a refund
Ok but I have to send them back to china at my own cost!! Because that is their returns policy.
But they made the mistake.

I’m never buying from China again, though I thought they were London based but I should have checked it out. Always purchase local high street in the Uk from now on.

Just received my order skate shoes (£34.95) should be UK size 11 but they were more like size 8. No indication of the size in the shoes. Shipping was from China not London.
This site is a SCAM do DO NOT ORDER anything and they should be shut down. So bad :(.

If I could give 0 score, I would. Please DO NOT order anything from this company as it’s an absolute scam. Waited for ages for my order (leisure suit) which I assumed would be coming from London as it advertises as Rosie -London . It actually arrived from China & the quality was dreadful! Immediately contacted the company, offered me 25% refund to keep the items, informed I wished a full refund. Advised as to their “return policy” which makes the buyer liable for cost of postage. Was quoted £26 for track & trace posting to China!!! Needless to say, I declined this as it would be throwing good money after bad! Unfortunately they are using bogus 5star Trustpilot reviews which I stupidly believed.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from what I thought was a London based company. They took several weeks to come and when I checked the tracking they were coming from China. When the shoes finally arrived they sent the wrong sizes. I messaged customer services they asked me to send photos. I did this and it has been several days and I have not heard anything. I sent a follow-up message and still nothing. The Trust pilot review on the site is false. Now I have made more searches the reviews are awful. I feel I have been scammed. I would avoid this company.

Not even 1 star!! The pics look good quality but the actaul products are cheap, cheap, cheap!! Reduced my arse!!

As many others are stating this site is a scam. They falsely claim to be UK based and are even posting false Trustpilot reviews on their website which should be illegal! Their operations are based in China, they do not supply returns to customers unless the customers pay to return which costs to do so are exorbitant. This business needs to be shut down.

Absolutely Dooped! Chinese’s site, this Rosie’s got nowt to do with London at all. Fake trust pilot reviews published on their website, which I assume is illegal? Will be bringing this to someone’s attention. This site needs shutting down. Been waiting 4 weeks for my order. A generic email is sent in response to each of mine. I hope I save a sucker from buying from their pretty good job of a massive scam by posting here. Usually it’s the too good to be true price that deters me, but these prices were not cheap, which is an even bigger kick in the Rogers!

Wish id read views before ordering some boots ..waited 3 weeks for them to arrive then contacted the straight away to not right and too small ..Still waiting for a email saying how t0 return them day 3 and waiting ... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!

Absolute scam! Same as other reviews. Clothing was cheap and not even made of the material the images would have you believe. Such poor quality, no similarity to images on site. Blatantly made in some sweatshop. Loads of other sister sites selling same gaments under the pretence of a closing down sale. Do not buy from this site it is a blatant scam!

I regret not having read these reviews before I bought from Rosie London. I agree with every review and can’t stress how important it is to avoid these Chinese scammers at all costs.

Total scam. Sneakers I ordered are extremely poor quality, don't match the description, are totally unbranded and have come from China. No response to my customer query for a refund. Do not waste your money

At first I was not sure wether they were even ligit company, I sent them an email, I realised my shoes are coming from China. Hence why it took a couple of weeks. They have arrived and they are exactly as the pics on website.
Guys my doubts are gone and I am doing my shopping again. Its sale...get on with it

It’s quite obvious when you zoom into the images that they are all AI generated. You can see the mistakes. Be careful!

Absolute scam ordered a dress from here i had looked at there “reviews” and they where all 5 stars then I received the order and it was in a unbranded bag with two delivery stickers on no tag nothing and the quality was that of a cheap Halloween costume. Not to self check the real trustpilots reviews not what the website says!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
