Rugby Heaven Bewertungen

Bordered two jerseys both 5xl they arrived and they were cool and very nice unfortunately I they seemed to be a small 5xl if you can have a small 5xl. Requested to return items and they sent me the royal mail return address . I have asked if they can be swapped to 6xl so fingers crossed they replace rather than refund. Here is hoping.

Great service, good range of products. Great communication on order. 4 star as item shown as available online wasn’t available, however if ordering any rugby kit would visit Rugby Heaven again.

Great product, substantial, well made.

Measured son using guide from site, totally wrong and a medium was way too large for said item to fit snugly, Item ordered was rhino shoulder pads, so £4.99 added to receive item, £4.99 to send back and then another £4.99 to have a small sent which is still a terrible fit, £15 pound postage and packing, well I was not sending the small back I can tell you. Shocking way to do business, will not be using rugby Heaven again, and there was I keeping faithfull to a Welsh company.

I was amazed that good quality clothing from the 2015 Rugby World Cup was still available. easy to order and prompt delivery.

It was great. Straightforward , helpful, efficient. There is little i can add. I would recommend u!!!

Not the first time I have purchased from Rugby Heaven. Each time the product and delivery were spot on. I’ll use them again.Strongly recommend.

Good quality and good service

Very pleased with product arrived promptly

Great selection of products at the Cwmbran shop but the manager Andrew lets the shop down massively! His arrogant and patronising attitude towards his customers when it was clear our goods were faulty is just not acceptable , he is completely unaware that his behaviour is restricting consumers rights and will possibly end up getting this business in trouble if he continues to behave the way that he does ! Due to my experience with this manager I will not be spending another penny with this company which is a shame because this company was our go to retailer!

Fabulous lions jacket love it buy again soon

It was a quality service selling sports gear I was interested in at a competitive price. I cannot complain it was all good,

Superb. Well made and well priced .

Ordered a rugby vest, the label peeled off after one wear. Emailed company and they said to send it back and they would give a replacement (I had to pay the delivery myself). No reply until I then chased it up and then they refused to give a replacement. Terrible experience.

I suspect the vest was a fake. Avoid.

Wouldn’t go near them, I bought a top and no sign of it for weeks upon weeks. When I queried it they said after looking into it and they don’t know where it was. They said they’d refund me and I am still waiting a few months for it that’s even sending them a reminder to refund me I am still waiting. Very poor I must say

Great service, easy website to use and quick shipping to New Zealand

I picked out some cool looking kit and they sent quickly. I don't actually know how to improve the performance.

Very fast delivery and excellent communication.

I would have expected the badge to be embroidered not printed for the cost of the shirt very disappointed

Parcel not received!!!! - Rugby heaven customer services replied to my email once and have not had a response since.
Royal mail tell me to contact rugby heaven and rugby heaven tell me to contact royal mail. No one wants to take accountability or help.
After lots of exhausting chasing Royal mail finally said they will look in to it but im not getting any hopes up this was part of a birthday gift which has now been and gone…. No item - no money back, absolutely disgusting.
Luckily my order was only approximately £11 (which im still going to lose by the looks of it!!!) but I would not rely on delivery of anything expensive. Absolutely Abysmal service- they have their payment so they just don't care.
I strongly advise to Avoid delivery option. Pick up from store. Thanks for nothing Rugby Heaven !
