Absolute criminals!
Absolute criminals!! I signed up a few years ago, back in 2021, thinking it would be a good idea for the business. I then realised it wasn’t really necessary for the company so I cancelled the policy over the telephone and was informed that the policy had been cancelled. Unknown to me, they had been secretly taking payments every year without authorisation or providing any documentation or certificates. When I double checked the accounts and realised what was going on, I confronted them and they told me that it was the new auto renewal policy and they wasn’t able to refund the payments. This policy had already been cancelled back in 2023/24!! Do not use this company unless you are prepared to change your bank details when you decide to leave.

Be savvy to tactics.
Loads of positives that you can read from the reviews they already have. I would like to prewarn others of some tactics they tried but failed on me. The moment I paid I was bombarded with calls from a company they work closely with offering their services to help me get accredited. Where did they get my details so fast?
Next was them "offering" to let all my customers know the moment I've been accredited... like my email doesn't work the same as theirs? I can let them know myself thank you. Just a tactic to increase their data base via my customer list.
These are just the main ones. Finally when I was accredited I was "awarded" bronze status. But I wanted to be upgraded all I had to do was provide my full in house accounts. I'll stick with bronze thanks..... I need the accreditation for continuous business but if someone else offered it I would use them instead. I haven't heard back from them about any of the above. May do now?
