Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with, answered almost immediately when I went to check a couple of things on the renewal.We have been with them for one year, maximum no claims. On renewal, Our insurance has gone downthis year. No point in wasting time on shopping around, as I did last year, I have read the negative reviews, but reality is if the cancel shortly after taking out a policy you loose a high percentage of the premium, same with all insurance companies, been like that for my 45 years of having motor and home insurance.

Not so good for motorhome insurance
My insurance was for a motorhome and I wouldn't insure with them If you may have to cancel early, they have so many ways they can get out of refunding you hidden in the small print you don't stand a chance. Luckily I didn't need to make a claim because looking closer at the policy wording it would have cost me a fortune with all the hidden excesses, not "insurance" just money for nothing.

I answered all the questions correctly but when the policy was emailed to me to check, there were many mistakes. I selected 2999 miles not 2000, I passed my test in Dec 1992 not July 2001, I am a home owner. I'm not waiting until Monday to ring your office.
