Great customer service, ordering was easy. Sofa delivered before the estimated date. Had to change the date they offered but it wasn't a problem. Delivery company kept us informed every step if the way, and provided a 5 star service

The sales assistant Gerald was very pleasant and happy to answer any questions.

We were greeted by Trevor at Your Shirley branch last Wednesday 29 April 2026. He was very helpful showing me what I was looking for and the fabrics I had in mind. It didn't take me long to decide what sofa and chairs I liked. Trevor answered all my questions about the styles and fabrics and it was easy to make my choices. I had no intention of buying that day, only looking but I was so pleased that I had found what I was looking for so easily. I had to phone Trevor back later that day to change the size of the sofa as I originally chose a 3 seater and I needed a 2 seater. Trevor was a breath of fresh air very happy and jolly and the whole experience spending my money was very enjoyable.

We went to the Solihull branch and were greeted by Fabio, we tried the various sofas and combinations and whilst looking at the leather samples we noticed a lovely reclining sofa, chair and pouffe in leather that had been reduced in price, we tried it out and being told it could be delivered in 2 days(at a cost) we opted for the set, and it was delivered as promised, very pleased with the service, and Fabio was great, and made us a lovely espresso whilst we sorted the payment, 5* highly recommend

The best customer service very helpful even offered us Italian coffee I was served by young Asian man who was fantastic overall all staff are very pleasant can’t ask more than that very pleased to purchase from them

Our visit was a pleasant experience due mostly to the feeling of been left to find our own way around and take as long as we wished, also particularly been helped by Gerald who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was on hand to answer any questions we had

The sofas were amazing- excellent quality, great fabric and what was surprising was how affordable some were. The experience was made exceptional by Gerald, who helped me choose the sofa carefully, demonstrated everything and went above and beyond.

Sofa arm bracket on crooked even though we have only had it a few weeks told to claim off insurance!
Still awaiting £300 price match refund after weekly emails and constant phone calls!

I wouldn't advise anyone to get a sofa from them. I purchased my sofa 8mths ago over £3000 and insurance was sold to me, stating that any problems we will fix no matter what , under warranty and insurance
A part started to protrude from the backrest at 8mths of having the sofa. The engineer came out and said you should sit in the middle of the sofa because you sit on the side. it is 3 & 4 seater, we can't all sit in the middle, and they would not take responsibility or fix it, even though it is under warranty. put down as invalid claim and won't take it further. Customer service told me if the engineer says invalid, then we can't do anything else
Worst customer service, would advise never buy from them. They just want to sell you insurance and take your money, but they will not follow through.
I'm taking them to Trading Standards and never buy from them again made the biggest mistake. Be warned
