No goods, no refund, no customer service
My purchased goods did not arrive and my multiple requests for a refund have been ignored. Next step is to contact my credit card company to request a Section 75 refund. This review I have also emailed the non existent customer service.

Deserves zero star's its been 2months since I ordered 14 items from this scamming company. Theres no way I'm ever going get this order ive left it 2months now so il be contacting my bank for a refund .do not order anything from this soo called family business as you won't receive your item's but they will be quicker than lightning to take your money . SEASONAL HOME ONLINE IS SCAM .anyone thats not recieved there item's contact your bank or paypal because they will make out that your order is being processed but its just a lie to make you think that your order is going be on its way it won't be . 1st time I've ever been scammed from a company but il make sure its my last .....

Goods ordered September 2nd but not received, no reply to my email requesting a refund, website now states it is currently offline for “scheduled maintenance”, so that’s me robbed. Disgraceful!

I ordered an item in august and never received my item and had the audacity to send me an email asking for a review for a item I never received. I would give zero stars but that’s not a option now the website is down 😒

I placed an order in August which I still haven’t received and the company are no longer answering emails or the phone.
Please beware.

What a disgusting company placed my order in August iv sent many emails asking where it is and no reply iv asked for a refund many times and today they had the cheek to ask for a review on my order which they allege they sent 30 days ago which I haven't had in my opinion they have fraudulently taken my money with no intention of sending the goods

As everyone else has said, avoid at all costs, happy to take money, yet unable to deliver goods that have been paid for. Outrageous, ordered and paid for item, it never arrived, sent numerous emails, no reply. Fortunately not a huge amount lost but not the point. Do not waste your time or energy or money on this fraudulent company. I don’t think it exists, just a way of stealing money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE… ITS A SCAM….

After ordering goods back August and despite money being taken and numerous emails asking where good are I’m going to report this to Action Fraud . The director of the company since 2017 is 47 year old Suzanne Kay whose correspondence address is 15 Olympic Court,Boardmans Way,Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool FY4 5GU. I have personally addressed my emails to Suzanne who has totally ignored me and the company are clearly offering goods that they don’t have, which in my understanding a fraud by false representation . I would encourage anyone in a similar position to myself to report this on the action fraud website.

I am afraid I must join the ever growing queue of people who has placed an order, had the emails about short staff and increased orders, ignored subsequent emails and am out of pocket! Hope they get closed down! Received a tracking email..it didn’t work.

I am so disappointed I ordered good for my small business, like everyone at the moment money is tight. The goods have never arrived they emailed with an excuse that they were short staffed, still no goods. My next report is going to my local trading standards. Feel so let down

Ordered an item on 4.9.22, still not received it, but money has been taken, website down for "essential maintenance", please avoid this company at all costs.

My experience is very similar to this persons only I tried to buy a plastic food box. "I bought a replacement tap for a water butt from this company. Despite several emails asking where my tap is it STILL hasn’t arrived. They replied to the first few emails saying they would send.''
My order was on 29 August 2022 at 11:46.
It still has not arrived 7/10/22

Don't buy from this company they are a scam I had an order in August and have not recieved it they send an email saying they have dispatched it but I still have not received it but they took my money out in August when I placed the order so do not place an order with this fake company please

Placed order 20th August never received it many emails with promise 8f delivery staff shortages blah blah got a full refund from paypal .. avoid like the plague

I bought a replacement tap for a water butt from this company. Despite several emails asking where my tap is it STILL hasn’t arrived. They replied to the first few emails saying they would send. Eventually a FAKE postal tracking email was sent to me. It is now 3 months after I ordered and paid. I have requested a full refund as they are clearly not sending me what I have already paid for. They haven’t replied in the week since that email.

No order recieved a month later still no reply to emails will be reporting & getting a refund. Disgusting!!

Placed order and payment taken on the 6th September. Like many others here I tried to call….no answer or option to leave a message, tried to email and eventually got a standard response about sickness and holidays. Eventually reported them to Trading Standards and claimed back payment on my card. Something needs to be done about this company!
