Steer well clear of this despicable company. They will take your money and then they will not send you whatever you ordered from them. I placed an order in August 2022 which never arrived. I sent numerous emails to them enquiring about my order and looking for an explanation as to why I hadn't yet received it. They replied to my first email and apologised for the delay and then told me it would be put down as a priority delivery and it would be with me shortly, of course it never arrived. Thankfully I had paid for my order via PayPal and so I raised a dispute against this company via PayPal and today (15th October) I received my full refund for the non delivery of the order. This is most definitely a company to avoid.

Placed order 24th August, chased 9th September as not received item. Received an apologetic response on 13th September saying item would be dispatched asap. Still not received anything by 28th September, emailed to chase and asked for someone to get back to me - no response. Chased again 5th October, again no response! Bunch of cowboys and complete waste of time! Don't even consider using!

Zero customer service
Placed an order for autumn lawn dressing 8th of September, after two weeks having received no notice of shipment I sent a message asking for a cancellation and refund, no response has been received, I sent a further two message and again received no response. Today I attempted to contact them by phone, no answer.

I'm yet another customer who didn't receive their goods, despite assurances (and excuses by email) that they would expedite it and the delay was caused by RM strikes, staff illnesses etc. PayPal refunded me thankfully.

Wasted money. Goods ordered have not arrived. The one star relates only to the acknowledgment of my order ! They really do not deserve that. A request for a refund has to been ignored.
Goods ordered on August 13th. ( that proved to be an unlucky date). No goods, no refund and no response to my email requesting goods or refund.

Use the chargeback scheme!
I quickly realised there was a problem with this company. I suspect they may have been taking money for orders they had no intention of fulfilling, which is dishonest and disgraceful. My credit card provider refunded me using the Chargeback system (for purchases under £75); a bit of a faff to claim, but I'm no longer out of pocket. LET EVERYONE KNOW......
