Great Customer Service
Realised I had made a mistake when I originally booked my train tickets via the SeatFrog app, so followed the clear instructions on how to get my ticket exchanged to the correct date.
Mollie got back to me within an hour and had changed it to the correct date on my behalf! Great service and Mollie was kind, friendly and very helpful.

I've used Seatfrog a lot for work but not so much for personal travel. Our return train was cancelled after we bid, and when we then won Seatfrog (through their lovely advisor Mollie) sorted our refund very quickly. Many thanks!

Great service
Used twice on one trip first outward trip one was great no issues and used upgrade. Return journey my train got cancelled. But I was refunded for my upgrade and it was sorted super quickly.

I made a mistake whilst booking, and was upset and stressed about it, but Aaron from Seatfrog quickly replied to my email to their help inbox.
Aaron kindly helped me out and was both very understanding and informative. I really appreciate it, and it felt especially nice to have a 'human' interaction rather than talking to a chatbot! Thank you, Aaron and the Seatfrog team!
Seatfrog Always Deliver
Seatfrog always deliver, even when they don’t…. I upgraded to first class, the train had been heavily over booked by GWR, there was standing room only in both first and standard.
I contacted Seatfrog, and mollie from Seatfrog customer service refunded me, the service I had was second to none.

This is an amazing platform which I've used for years. The team are professional and responsive when needed and, for once, a customer service that's human. I would recommend.

I have used Seatfrog on a few occasions now and I’ve always been really happy.
The app is very simple and easy to use, nice and intuitive even for an occasional user such as myself.
I also needed to get in touch with the customer service team recently, who were of great help and support. Specifically calling out Ella who was understanding of a difficult situation and was able to help me.
