I attended a fantastic talk on the psychology of possession, and had a wonderful time. The guest lecturer (Dr David Luke) was funny, warm and personable, and had a wealth of stories and knowledge to share on the topic. I was entertained and had my mind opened at the same time.
SeedTalks are a great way to learn about all kinds of topics in a convivial atmosphere. I’ve got myself booked for another two already!

The speaker was very knowledgeable and wonderfully engaging- a superb talk

The talk presented by Jon Norman Mason was really interesting. I love going to see stone circles and this was just the perfect talk for me :-)
Delivered with energy and humour on location and live streamed, I really enjoyed the topic. I would definitely attend one of Mr Mason's talks again. (I attended via live stream as I don't live in London)

Friendly atmosphere and very engaing talk

The talk was fascinating, informative, insightful, interesting and funny. Helen delivered the talk incredibly well and it was so authentic.

The venue was very hot, however.

Loved the talk by Helen on Studio Ghibli. This is the second seed talk I have been to and I found them both extremely interesting and I have come away feeling like I have learned something, laughed and taken something away to think about. Helen was a lovely speaker, the whole presentation was well set out and engaging.

I also want to mention the seed staff are always lovely and the staff at the Exeter phoenix are lovely, they cannot do enough for you and are always happy and polite.

Whole experience was great and I will definitely be attending more in the future.

Helen mcarthy was one of the best speakers I have seen in years. She was so knowledgeable, funny and a brilliant orator.

Bring her back soon! I wish I had brought my entire family.

Fabulous talk, presented well and with no tech gremlins. This is m first Seeds Talk online experience and I’ll definitely be back for more.

We found the talk about the genre of folk horror in films to be very interesting and entertaining. It prompted lots of discussions at home in the week afterwards and we have also downloaded some of the films to watch. We started with In The Earth. Dr Sam Le Butt was an engaging speaker.

Booking was easy. Lots if helpful advice about the event.
Dr David Hamilton made this talk very enjoyable whilst introducing lots of useful info.

I wish I had unlimited funds so I could attend all of these! I’ve been to a handful now and they’re always just fab.

This talk was the first I have attended with Seed talks. The booking was very easy and straightforward.The subject how the mind heals the body. The venue excellent. The speaker was humourous yet delivered the subject well and at a sensible pace. Not many illustrations were used or really needed as his voice was engaging and animated to keep you interested. I will be looking out for more interesting subjects to book.

I really loved the speaker, Gillian Kenny. This is my second talk I’ve seen of hers, and she really is so interesting and so engaging. A big fan. The talk itself was well paced and well ran.

This was the second seed talk I'd been to given by this speaker, and it was absolutely brilliant.
Informative, scientific but explained perfectly so non-scientists like myself could understand, funny and engaging.

Excellent talk, lots of helpful information, particularly for people who haven’t any experience of neurodiversity or who have had a recent diagnosis. The talk is very validating.
