3rd pair of slippers, great quality, next day delivery is fab.

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals and delivery was within 2 days. Great service and kept up to date with order delivery. Sandals arrived and are exactly as described and extremely comfortable and true to size. Very happy with Shoezone and overall a excellent experience and shall be using them again.

If, like me, you live in Ireland (Republic) don't waste your time.
Although this company operate an Irish website "shoezone.ie" they are a UK company that do not ship to Ireland.
The Irish website redirects to "shoezone.com" but does not tell you that it has done so.
Annoying waste of my time.

Average as although the shop itself is looking fantastic after the upgrade, I spent 20 minutes in the store browsing and there had been two members of staff at the till not busy serving or sorting things out but both on their phones discussing what they were viewing didn’t get any acknowledgment from them in fact I said Hi to them. When I was attempting to pay for my sandals it was obvious that coming off their phones was difficult very poor service

Excellent value for money and speedy delivery service.

Ordered size 9 child’s sandals online. Was sent one shoe a size 9 the the other a size 7. Contacted online support who told me to either take 3 photos as proof, then wait for their review and decision OR take it to my nearest store for inspection.
Waste of time buying online !!!

Bought online, split after not wearing many times, store wouldn’t accept return as they had signs of wear - they are shoes what do they expect. Raised return online, refund given within 24hours, moral is buy online if you have problem return online.

Shoe zone are really good. I brought 2 pairs of shoes that were delivered promptly the next day for free.

So comfy the Sandels great service only ordered yesterday afternoon hear today.

As expected Shoezone dealt with my order abd processed quickly. I had to contact them as it hasn't been delivered 4 days later. Not their fault it was Royal Mail. They have arranged a replacement order and I had the option to change courier so expect it to be delivered now as promised. Very effective at dealing with my problem which wasn't actually their fault.

The shoes I ordered were exactly as billed. They were comfortable and stylish in appearance.
The Shoezone website was well laid-out and easy to navigate. The delivery service time to my home address was exactly as advised, i.e. between 12:30 hours and 14:30 hours, on the 1st July 2026.

I have been a customer of Shoezone for many years, both in the shop and on line and have always received excellent service. The quality and price of their goods are also excellent. Their next day delivery service is also a winner.
I highly recommend them.
