A company that will not put records right. Ordered again for a neighbour parcel delivered 147 miles away. Told to go to the property to collect it again.
Went to a Shoezone shop and the 2 women working in the shop looked at my app and only found my address and not any other. Customer services haha it doesn’t exist keeps refusing to put the records straight. Don’t buy from this company if using the webpage as they will only send to any address they want to. A company of scammers.

I love these sandals and I keep buying the same pair every year! I can walk for miles in them with no rubbing and they are a nice big size 9 to fit my feet. I am especially impressed by the quality for the low price. Also I’m impressed with the free next day delivery. I ordered them at dinner time and received them the next day, very impressive! What other company offer that and don’t charge for it? Well done Shoe Zone, keep up the good work!

I'm really disappointed by my recent experience. We visited a shop last week and they didn't have my daughter's size so I ordered her some online. They arrived on time but when they arrived they looked worn. The soles wer creased and the inside of the backs/soles were black and filthy. They look worn. I've been in contact with them and been told I can have 15% partial refund or I can return them but have to pay the postage. Why should I have to pay to return them when they are not how they should be? I ordered new shoes not used. Im fuming. My daughter is disappointed and I would not recommend shoezone again.

Well I haven't received my sandals I am struggling for contact you then I get emails asking me how I am enjoying the sandals I haven't received. Was told there was a delay in evri delivery and then they were on way back to shoe zone. Now nearly a week later no shoes and no refund

I ordered in the afternoon and they arrived the next day, was very happily surprised. The boots are beautifully soft and well made, so are very comfortable. I thought I might have to break them in but no great from the get go.
I am normally a size 6 and these boots are true to size.

I ordered online day before and they came the next day shoes I ordered was good quality and I am happy with. Easy to order online and email with times slot parcel was coming plus email to say it been delivered help too .lady who delivered always knocks and if we’re not in leave at our neighbour like we ask on order.
