I purchased online a pair of children's training shoes from shoezone as a present. When I received the parcel the box was damaged, and as the hift was required for the next day, I had to purchase an alternative box as I didn't want a present in damaged packaging. Despite several conversations with customer service and an escalated complaint they are adamant there will be no recompense. 1st time I have ordered and will be the last. If this is how they treat customers it won't be long before not only the few remaining shows close but the online business will fail. They are a cheap option for a reason

Purchased in Newport shop, Ryde, Isle of Wight and even though I arrived about 2 minutes before closing time, the nice assistant told me to take my time and that I didn't need to rush, I found the item that I was looking for easily and at a reasonable price, The nice assistant made me feel like an honoured customer, she was a very happy lady ( Cashier DY) with a sense of humour.
The shop was clean and nicely laid out.

ok so i have ordered from shoezone online many times never had an issue.
today different story.
firstly when waiting for the delivery to arrive it was delayed (typical evri) but there was no update issued.
when the deliver arrived there was a pair of shoes that were completely wrong.
I tried to initiate a return so I dont have to trek out of my way to do a return in store, but the return options all incur a £2.50 fee???
there is no quick way to sort this, so now im having to take time out of my work day to return or swap out a pair of shoes.
Stop using Evri, they are utterly useless. No updates at all.
Also dont charge to return items. youve closed a lot of stores, its hard to get to an actual store now.

Delivery very slow due to problems with Evri. When finally received summer sandals were a good fit and stylish for hot weather. Shoezone usually have next day delivery with no problems but this time Evri took time to deliver. No fault Shoezone, so would still purchase again.
