I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and received 1 pair with very quick delivery. I had to ring customer services about the other pair .This was dealt with very quickly and received the pair the following day. I was very pleased with the customer service given by Puna .

Went into the Shrewsbury store today. Two members of staff in the store having a private conversation. They stopped twice to serve customers at the till.
After trying several pairs of sandals and hanging them back on the rail. Being completely ignored the next 4 pairs I just left on the floor. My husband tried several pairs, we left those on the floor.
I went to the counter to pay for my sandals, interrupting the conversation while I paid. Asked if I wanted a bag, only interaction from staff.
I thought they were very rude. Perhaps they would be happier if everyone shopped online and the shop closed down.

I saw these canvas sandals in the window in black.
I went in the shop & asked the assistant if they did these canvas sandals in any other colour.
She said I will check for you which she did & told me yes they did an olive green.
They didn't have them in the shop so I ordered them.
No delivery charge (which is amazing) & delivered next day to me.
They are comfortable, well made, the price is unbelievable and they are perfect.
