Hello Ross,
Thank you for your review, and we're sorry that the communication surrounding your appointment fell below the standard we expect.
We're pleased that the work has now been completed, but we appreciate that the arrangements leading up to the appointment caused unnecessary frustration and could have been communicated much more clearly.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with our team about your experience. As discussed, we have refunded the technician fee as a gesture of goodwill, and we'll also be taking your feedback on board with our engineers to help improve the communication around future appointments.
We appreciate your patience and hope that the resolution provided goes some way towards restoring your confidence in us.
All the best,
Poppy

I can’t give 5 stars yet
I can’t give 5 stars until I have to use an extinguisher. I have a Motorhome with a Lithium battery which is the main reason for purchasing this type of extinguisher. I have to take it on trust that they will do what they are supposed to do.

Thank you for your review.
With products like fire extinguishers, never having to use them is usually the best possible outcome. We’re pleased to hear you’ve chosen a Firexo extinguisher for the added peace of mind in your motorhome, especially with a lithium battery setup.
We hope it remains something you never need, but that you can feel reassured knowing it is there if required.
All the best,
Stuart
