I ordered a fire extinguisher for my home
I ordered a fire extinguisher for my home. It was out of stock, but I was contacted to let me know, and check if I could wait a couple of days to get it delivered. The courier also contacted me to see if anyone was at home. I thought it was a good service.

The price and service was perfect but you were let down by the delivery company you used, they left my fire extinguishers in a pile on my driveway in the snow, even though I do have a note pinned to my door asking for parcels to be left in my shed.

Good Afternoon Peter,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with the price and service, but we’re sorry to hear that the delivery fell short of expectations.
That’s certainly not how we would want your order to be handled. Thank you for speaking with my colleague earlier today, and we’re glad to hear your items were okay. We will be raising this issue with the courier.
Thank you again for your feedback, and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
All the best,
Stuart
