Expensive piece of rubbish

Their personalised photo tea towels are awful. Feel horrible. Look horrible. Not fit for purpose. And the extremely faded image is distorted by the texture of the cloth. I can't believe how much I paid for this piece of absolute **** that I would be embarrassed to give anyone as a gift.

Shockingly bad... The site is bad enough it's not user friendly and took me AGES to design the cards but I managed and picked envelopes too.
Then instead of 40 cards, 40 postcards turned up!?
The first Customer Service guy (Radcliff Omwonga) chatting explained "Flat Cards" means a Photograph basically... But it took 20 minutes for him to clarify it didn't come that easy trust me!! I complained how long I'd spent designing them and never in my life have I heard "Flat Cards" equals "one Photo"

Given there are 3D Cards, Pop up Cards,
40 flat ILiterally!!
You can't leave their chat screen or you'll be kicked out and all is lost and the colleagues can't see anything else you've discussed or agreed and I'm just furious.

I just hope anyone tempted to try this new site/company, really just don't it will end in tears don't say I didn't warn you!

I would not recommend

I would not recommend. I need assistance with an order which has quality issues. I spent quite a lot of money on this not to mention time. Chat bot does not work effectively, tried numerous times. Chat bot said they would follow up with an email if they lose connection but that did not happen. Customer services does not exist, no contact number, no email. Impossible to make contact. Will not be using them again. A real shame for a company not to put any focus on their customer service to get any repeat custom

Awful service, avoid snapfish

No update on order, delivery was supposed to be tracked by 22nd, it still says processing. Live chat clearly isn't live as i have waited an hour on 3 occasions. Shocking company, do not waste your money. I spent hours on a project which are now wasted and the event has gone.

Snapfish is awful

Snapfish is awful. A lot of bait andswitch come-ons. I placed an order & I was going back and forth trying to get the best edit on pictures. After I checked out I didn't realize that the coupon code I had applied much earlier had dropped out. As soon as I realized what happened (order had not shipped) I contacted Snapfish customer support-which is a joke. I was on my phone & they were asking me to toggle back and forth to get specific information out of my order history. I was getting frustrated and customer service said we could go to email so that I could access everything easier, but that didn't improve it at all. Every single time I sent them an email response with what they were asking for, I would get another customer service response immediately back asking me to type the information above a particular line, which I had just done. This went on for 24 to 48 hours. Finally I sent an email back stating that I was fed up with customer service. I then received notification my order had shipped, and immediately got an email from them saying my coupon codes were no good, they weren't applied at the right time and nothing was going to be done. Deleted and blocked. Please know that Snapfish and Shutterfly are now the same company.

DO NOT USE SNAPFISH !

Delivery guaranteed by 20th November. Didn't arrive. No phone number to speak to. Chat prompt and responsive but could only offer re-order for delivery 8 days later (29th), despite the fact that I had paid extra for a delivery service which promised delivery in less than a week. Would not offer refund/rebate despite our need to order a separate bunch of photos for the meeting with relatives travelling abroad . We now see Trustpilot reviews are terrible - clearly a company not listening. So ---

My parcel was missing few times

My parcel was missing few times. I have to week to claim re-order or get refund. Once it reordered I had to wait another week for delivery. Summarise my photos was delayed by 2 weeks!!! Very bad service. Since they work with Amazon couriers parcel are missing or delivered much longer. Don't recommend at all!!!

Good photo mugs

I ordered some photo mugs and they came in a reasonable amount of time and were good enough quality considering they were the cheapest i could find. One order had a misprint but they promptly gave me a credit to reorder them.

Spent hours designing a book

Spent hours designing a book. In the review order section it stated my book would be $40 with the attached discount code. Fast forward to finalising my order and all of a sudden the price is double, and the discount voucher doesn't work. What should have cost $45+$30 for postage is now $120+. Seems like a scam, and therefore would advise avoiding.

Great Prints!

The prints were very high quality, clear I love it! Will definitely do my prints again with them. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the delivery was a week later than they had told me.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

there is no customer service. I tried using their chat box. Only AI answered. The site kept moving me to different questions. It was totally useless.
Because of their lack of any customer service I will be using a different company. So disappointing.

Don’t do it!

Don’t do it!! This is a total scam. They never send your order & there’s no chance of speaking to a live representative. I’m scrambling to pay three times as much to get my order before my daughter’s birthday because of their complete incompetence & thievery. Steer clear & do yourself a favor. Order from a reputable company.

DISAPPOINTED IN SNAPFISH: Customer Service

I have used snapfish for years. This is the first time I have had a problem and I am very disappointed with the result. The CHAT feature is bogus! They tell you "we will fix everything" and say someone will contact you by email, and then POOF! no one writes back. And when I went back to the CHAT to start over, the CHAT feature is NO LONGER WORKING!

Ordered playing cards with a picture of our beloved dog on for a gift for my daughter. Never used this company before and doubt I will again for 2 reasons; I started to receive huge amounts of junk email as soon as I subscribed, they have obviously sold my email address, but not only that, the cards were received in a completely unsatisfactory packet which was crumpled and broken upon delivery. When you buy a pack of cards they come in a substantial box - these didn’t and I’m furious. There’s no way I can give them as a gift - you seriously need to re-think your sub-standard packaging.
I’ve deleted my account and will never use them again.

Warning - massive increase in "shipping" ie postal charge

Postage charges
Anyone noticed how these have gone up? July £2.99 basic charge; August £3.99; today, October, £5.98. No discernible improvement or change. I have used Snapfish for years happily but am very annoyed at this as now the postage is exceeding my print order cost. But the most annoying thing is there is NO ONE TO SPEAK TO. It's a disgrace.

Waste of my whole week

Waste of my whole week. Poor customer care, still no delivery . Won’t be using again, going to fight for a refund , wish me luck I imagine it’ll be harder than trying to contact them.

Exceeded expectations

Honestly didn't have high hopes after reading some of the reviews but they came up trumps. We had a very old aerial photo of our house which we managed to restore & upload to Snapfish. We ordered it as a poster & it arrived today less than a week later. Excellent service
