IMPOSSIBLE customer service

I ordered Christmas Cards from snapfish and paid extra for the “printed return address” feature. I figured it would save me a lot of time with that many cards. They arrived with BLANK envelopes; no return addresses. I tried requesting my money back for that feature. There is no phone number, so you have to use the “live chat” feature. However, due to the holidays and “high customer volume,” every time I try to get on the live chat, it tells me that I am at least number 100 in the queue. If your phone goes into sleep mode or you switch tabs at all, it kicks you out of your place and starts you at the end of the “queue” again. Same thing with a desktop. I tried for 4 days to get through, but unless you can literally sit there with the screen open for 2 hours and not change tabs or let it sleep, you will never get to talk to someone.

Snapfish terrible customer service and bait and switch tactics

Bought photo tiles that they advertised on Black Friday - 60% off. I think i purchased 13 of them. put in 60% off code - showed up in cart, total was $78 hit purchase and it said charge $180. Immediately sent email, never heard from them. Was on chat - disconnected 3 times. They asked me what the code was - I couldn't remember, didn't take a picture of it. They said they couldn't help with out the code. I said you know the code as its your company - just apply it. I asked to talk to supervisor, and that could not be done - then he just disconnected. I have screen shots of all of those chats. Without good CS - I will never by from them or any other company similar to them.

Calendars arrived quickly and all 6 were perfect!

Love all the editing features for making calendars! I ordered 6 and they were all perfect and arrived quickly and securely via USPS. Great job Snapfish! I always order directly from Snapfish rather than letting Walmart or CVS print them. There's a big difference in quality IMO.

We ordered our Christmas cards from this horrible company. Snapfish sent us bent cards. All of them. I attempted to send them two emails with pictures of the damage. No one responded. Then I went to their chat site and she told me I was too late. And no refund!! Run far far away from this company. Horrible quality and horrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed that my photo order has not been delivered. These photos were meant to be a present, and the delay has completely disrupted my plans.
My order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 6th December, but the order hasn't even been shipped but is still processing. I spoke to two different Live Chat agents, who both explicitly assured me the photos would arrive were clearly lying!

Please provide an immediate update on where my photos are and when I can expect them to arrive. I would also appreciate knowing what steps you will take to resolve this issue and prevent further delay.

Fast Service, Poor Quality

Received my Christmas Card order faster than expected. However, the quality was not good at all. The photos are grainy even though they were high quality professional photos. When I tried to order more online, the order is not associated with my account and they are unable to retrieve the design for some reason. I will use another service in the future.

I would give zero if possible

I would give zero if possible. Paid for priority delivery and item wasn't delivered as promised. Used the chat function and spoke to a lady who said the items are in production but also out for delivery I asked if they are still in production how are they out for delivery. The day went by still no delivery got on the chat function with another agent to be told they would be delivered on 13th Dec asked for my money back and suddenly they got it mixed up and it was infact being delivered today, asked for tracking details they couldn't provide, when pushed I was told they couldnt give me tracking details as it was still at their facility. Kept asking for money back and the request was ignored. Avoid, avoid, avoid

I wish I could give snapfish a zero…

I wish I could give snapfish a zero rating. When I created my cards online, the color of the card was different than the color of the cards I actually received. It was a darker red and as a result, the text on the back of my card was very difficult to read. It has been days since I reported the issue to snapfish. They’re slow rolling their response to me because they obviously don’t want to help me with my problem. There’s no way to actually talk to a person and you can only deal with them via chat or email and the response times are very slow.

I highly recommend you look at Shutterfly for any photo cards. Snapfish is an awful company with an incredibly poor service department.

Absolute trash got delivered today

Absolute trash got delivered today. I now have to reorder 400+ pictures and multiple gifts and all the sales are over so this was a very expensive mistake to order from them!

Ruined by replacing humans with AI support

I have been using Snapfish for years, and, up till recently, have been happy with the quality of the service and customer support. However, they have now got rid of all their human representatives, and only have a terrible AI 'live chat'. Like most chatbots, this is useless. Snapfish also keep sending me emails threatening to delete all the photographs and books that I have saved with them unless I place an order. They state that their policy is to delete photos/saved books if no order is placed within 18 months; however, I have placed SEVERAL large orders in the last 18 months. I have spent ages online trying to contact the company to address this, but, as other reviews state, it is now impossible to speak to a human representative. In the past, I found Snapfish human support helpful. Now this is gone, I think it is too risky to order through the company. They may have saved money firing human beings, but they are going to lose my business, and, if all these angry and disappointed reviews are anything to go by, the business of many other customers too.

Stay far far away from this company

Stay far far away from this company! I had invitations made for my father’s Celebration of Life. Rushed delivery $19.95. They were delivered a week late. The Chat Bot was horrible. Lots of “I’m sorry.” but no help. Never using this again!

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service.
I had an issue with the order, the customer service was unbelievably bad. They told me I didn't have an account, then they said it would be shipped in about two weeks time, then they couldn't find the order. I must have spent about three hours trying to resolve something that should have taken 5 minutes.
Don't use this company. They don't deserve your business. No matter if they are cheap, they are absolutely not worth the hassle and nonsence.

Lacking good business vales

Cannot talk to a individual if there is an issue.
Chat is all automated and is extremely frustrating when you are in need to speak to a real person.
Will never order from Snapfish again nor will I recommend them.

Snapfish was running a special…

Snapfish was running a special unlimited prints for one cent each. I've spent two days now trying to upload. It says that it can't upload from Google and then it says that I can only choose 100 not unlimited. I have tried many many times. I've deleted browsing, deleted cache. I've tried using the special on advertisement through them. I've also tried using their app and then they say I have to go back to the device I was using before which I'm on the exact same device I've never changed. it won't let me do it. This has been a waste of my time and energy. I won't be doing business with them

Snapfish is USeless

My younger daughter is turning 40 so I composed a photobook and ordered 2 copies, one for her and one for us. When it arrived, the two books were different and both completely wrong containing photos of other people's kids.

After fluking one live chat 3 weeks ago during which I was assured the error would be rectified urgently, I've heard nothing and Snapfish has been impossible to contact. Avoid them like the plague.
