Great product, high quality and great price

Really happy with this company’s customer service. We bought a mattress with these guys and once we got it it turned out it was not for us as it was to firm for us. we contacted them and explained the issues and they were nothing but understanding and helpful , and they went above and beyond to sort the issue and arranging to have the mattress collected for a return and giving us a full refund. Top tier customer service from these guys would highly recommend, no issues with quality of their items it was just solely an issue with our preferences. Thank you for being so helpful guys.

I had a refund and they was brilliant, excellent customer service and they did it quick

I ordered a double mattress, it was too small. Within a week a king size was delivered, the double collected and the refund process started. Thank you

A corner of the bed was faulty, a swift easy exchange arranged and the bed is now perfect. My son loves it and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend

Great service, needed to return was very fast and helpful.

Lovely mattress s

I recently purchased the mattress and after using it I can confidently say it has made a significant difference in my sleep quality.

The mattress offers a perfect balance between firmness and softness. It provides excellent support for my back while still feeling plush enough for a cozy sleep.
Considering the comfort and quality, I believe it’s worth the price.
If you’re looking for a mattress that provides excellent comfort the mattress from Somnior is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their sleep quality.

Great service, needed to return and was made easy. Was very fast and polite. Thank you

Bought a mattress, was comfy enough but was far to thick for the bunk bed I bought it for. Would have definitely kept if it wasn't to deep. Said they will sort a refund and collect the item.

We had ordered a bed from them through Debenhams and realised we'd like more storage, so opted for a different bed from them. 10/10 customer service, the team at Somnior were responsive, understanding and we got our refund for the original bed asap as well as the collection. I highly recommend them. The bed itself is just as pictured if not better too and was very reasonably priced compared to competitors.

Good company with good products. When the item turned out not to be right for us, they arranged collection and refunded the amount. Good communication though I had to chase a few times via email for both returns and refund. Overall would use them again…

Great company and very nice product just wasn’t right me. Very easy communication to set up collection and nice collect a fast refund into my bank. Thanks.

Excellent mattress and excellent service from the company

Unfortunately I had to return the mattress, however Somnior made the process very easy and straightforward. Their e-mail responses were always speedy.

I have ordered again, previously I ordered items for my daughter and she's happy with her bed/mattress just what she wanted. Any problems/issues customer service where lovely and same day reply. I will happily order again.

Unfortunately the mattress we ordered was too big and we had to return it. The team were amazing and agreed to return at no charge. The mattress was collected 3 days later.

Somnior have been very helpful with my situation after ordering a headboard that didn’t quite suit my standard. After trying it on I then wanted to return, which they explained was not part of the refund policy and wouldn’t usually be accepted. However after some understanding they kindly made the exception to book a collection date free of charge, and offered me a free refund. My headboard has now been collected, and I am still waiting on the refund which I’m sure they will follow through with, and I’m very grateful for their understanding and integrity on this matter. Thank you!
