Thi company lied and took money from…
The company lied and took money from my account without my permission The salesman lied that the company were sub contacting from Virgin Media and gave a contact phone number, There was never any mention of cost or contract and I never revived any paper work
I have reported this company to action fraud and the police.
I spoke to customer services who would not help or refund my £175.

Delighted!
I was initially hesitant to try a lesser known company but after giving a careful thought I took services from Sparta and I am absolutely delighted since the past 12 months. I must say they are a better bunch of people and don’t rip off such as the larger companies. When I call customer services I don’t have to be on hold for hours and usually get through really quickly and they always try to resolve the issues asap. Have recommended 2 of my friends who are satisfied too. Hope you continue to get better and add more services to offer.

Super Fast Response!
I really can’t fault Sparta; my elderly Nan’s phone wasn’t working, no incoming or outgoing calls. Her lifeline intercom wasn’t working either, leaving her incredible vulnerable. I phoned 9am.. emergency case was begun immediately and her phone was back working early afternoon. Received a follow up call too. David was efficient and I really appreciate his help. Thank you!

Best services at economical price
I have been using their service for about 6 to 7 years. I have had a very nice experience with their service and they have not increased my package price even once. I would highly recommend them for good and economical telecom services.

Great Customer Service
I have received excellent customer service from Alex Carter over the last 2 years. He has provided all of the information necessary for us to be able to decide which package is best for us. I have been dealing with him for the past two years which is something you are hardly ever able to do with other companies - you usually speak to whomever picks up your call with other companies. I cannot recommended Sparta highly enough.

Well what can I say!!! Yet again arron resolved problem. Phone line was down calls diverted to husbands mobile got that sorted by someone...eventually! I rang as internet was still down and i was so pleased arron answered he sorted problem without any hassle its a shame the company wasnt full of arrons!! Cant praise him enough you know if arron answers you will always get things sorted as quickly as possible he doesn't talk over you and listens to your problem! Thankyou so much arron keep up the good work you're a star! BTW this was written by Tina wilson!

Disgusting Service
This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had dealing with. My 91 and 84 year old parents who both have dementia are sadly with these people. They have been without a landline since 16th December when l reported it as a health and welfare issue. This company has absolutely no customer service and are charging my parents over £60 per month it’s absolutely disgusting and l shall be taking this matter further.

We are sorry to know that you are not satisfied with the service and support provided by Sparta Telecom. We have investigated the matter thoroughly with our technical team. You reported the fault on 20/12/2022, we hope you understand that we can only start working on a fault after it is reported to us. We understand the urgency of the repair in such cases where the customer has critical need of a working phone line and therefore, the fault was raised to openreach under the category "Emergency Welfare".
We would like to add that most of the faults that are raised under emergency welfare are fixed within 24 hours after the fault is accepted by openreach under the same category. Unfortunately, there are those faults as well, that are rather more complicated hence, require more than one type of engineer, therefore, they take more time to resolve than a basic fault.
In situation where a fault takes more time, to keep customer connected to a working line, we apply for a temporary line to be provided until the main line is fixed using spare pair or a stop line. In this case as well, we requested for a temporary line to be provided to the customer. Unfortunately, there was no spare pair or stop line available to give a temporary line from.
We as a service provider always strive to provide the best all round experience to our customers. However, as we are dealing with technical things, faults are inevitable, just like any other provider we raise the fault to openreach and also make them aware about any emergency. We hope you would understand that where there is a major fault it will take it's time for resolution.
In relation to your claim that we are charging your parents over £60 per month. We are sorry to say but you are incorrect, as the amount is for a quarter and not for a month. Should you wish to take the matter further, you are quite with in your rights to do so, we have done what any reputable provider would have done but we are in the hand of openreach who repair all lines in the country.
We would like to mention that the fault was resolved on 07/01/2023 by openreach engineers and the same was confirmed by yourself. We have also processed the credit as per the "Automatic Compensation Scheme" by OFCOM. We hope the matter is resolved with your satisfaction.
