Sparta cold called and took £169 from my vulnerable mother with dementia over the phone. (mother is registered with the TPS) When I called them they said that a company called Reliable Appliance Repair process their Direct Debits through them and it was nothing to do with them. Avoid. Avoid, Avoid and report if affected by them. Also after dealing with them once, they called and tried to do this again!

I have joined Sparta Telecom for some time now and I am a satisfied customer at the moment. I have had a few hiccups but I will honestly say any problems I have experienced with the company have always been solved. I spoke to Alex regarding my bill that was outstanding and he assisted me with all the information that I required to solve the issues. I am delighted with the company and I will continue to work with Sparta for good service.

I'm shocked that these little rats have started trading under another company to run the same scam. They have the audacity to put "help for the disabled" on their website when they prey on the elderly / disabled. Previously known as Future 5G and run the entire business model on stealing illegal direct debits being set up. Now set up another company to do the same - shame on you thieving scum bags! Interesting looking at the positive reviews and names of a similar background to yours. Have reported (again) to Trading Standards. Anyone using this company who has money stolen, please use MCOL (Money Claim on Line) which is the modern new system for small claims. Very simple easy service to use.

This company harassed my 86 year old grandmother and took £175 from her account.

I called them to query the amount and they told me it was protecting her equipment (also told me they were trading under futures 5g Ltd for this servicr) which equally have terrible reviews targeting the vulnerable. They refused to refund her money but we managed to claw it back via the bank (who said they knew the
Company and them approaching the vulnerable)

Terrible company and sickening to know they can get away with this. Have reported to the various ombudsman and citizen advice

I've been with Sparta Telecom for a while. When my landline recently went dead, I spoke with Alex and told him about the problem; the next day, they resolved the issue immidiately. They have always been friendly, and I have never experienced any problems with the service either. Huge gratitude to Alex. finest support for customers.
