Lump everywhere.
We purchased lump for our smoker. Timeframe for shipment was great. The box it was shipped in was three times the size of the bag of lump. They made up the space with air-filled plastic bubble wrap. All of the air-filled bubble wrap was on one side, the top. The bag that the lump is in arrived broken open. The smallest pieces and the dust was coming out of the shipping box. I picked it up off the porch and walked it through our house with no clue that the dust and small pieces were falling out as I walked through our house. Next time put the bubble wrap on more sides than the top. I have ordered other lump online multiple times. The best experience was when the lump bag was put in a plastic bag to contain the dust and small pieces IF the paper bag broke open.Then that bag had air filled bubble wrap on all sides.
