Right on the money

Bought a gas log unit...shipped to installer....done promptly as promised....later I needed a remote control....they had my info at hand...checked to make sure the unit suggested was correct....had it and shipped next day.....these folks are reliable with quality goods at a fair price....a pleasure to do business with them

Canadians beware

Canadians beware. I ordered a remote. Cost was $98.15. I was charged $19.95 for shipping. Grand total was $118.10. Today I received a FedEx bill for $67.67 related to the shipping of this 100 dollar remote! Company website does state buyer is responsible for duties etc... but, when I was speaking to Spotix representative about my order they never mentioned what I might be in store for. Lesson learned.

Crap service

They have quality products at good prices, but their customer service after the sale is atrocious. I have a Napoleon grill I bought 4 years ago. The model has been updated. I need new knobs for mine. They said they contacted Napoleon about it. After waiting 2 months, I called Napoleon directly. 10 minutes on the phone later, I have a new set of knobs on the way from Canada. This isn't a $300 Walmart grill. Napoleon is reputable, Spotix is NOT. Buy the grill somewhere else.
