Satisfied customer

We ordered a fire bowl that advertised a 24" burner. When we received it, a 18" burner shipped with the fire bowl. I called to explain the situation to Spotix and upon investigation they discovered that the vendor changed the size and did not notify them or us. To make the situation right, they are shipping me a 24" burner for free. Lucas was great with the inquiry on the burner and in providing advice on purchasing fire glass. Thank you for the great customer service.

Assistance for an "Old Lady"

Rep was very knowledgable about my issue and didn't dismiss my problem as unimportant. As a senior citizen female with no real mechanical abilities, he was very patient and made every effort to understand my layman's description of the problem. That was much appreciated.

Worth the wait

It took a long time to receive my Napoleon Charcoal basket and Diffuser plate, but this was because the item was on backorder. Once it was back in stock, I was notified that it was shipping and it arrived quickly.

I ordered 2 products

I ordered 2 products. All parts for fire pit arrived but burner slightly bent.
Gas logs another story. I ordered triple gas burner, what arrived was in very damaged box and has only a single level. Have contacted sales who up to now has been very good but 3 days later awaiting status of triple burner. Follow up: company did work with me to get it set up. I kept the single burner gas log set as the other would have cost an additional $800 or so. It looks fine when in use as is. I raised my rating to 4 stars.

Grill cover picture does not correctly represent the product.

I called the company to make sure I was ordering the right grill cover because the description of the cover did not match the picture. I was told the product order number was correct for my grill model. My grill only has one side (right) that folds down, the other side has a gas pipe that connects to the burner (left side) so it is impossible for that side to fold down.

I gave the sales person my grill model number and explained that the picture of the cover shows the left side burner up and the right side folded down, however the description says "both" sides fold down. I asked if this was the correct cover, OR was there another cover that would accommodate (left side up and right side down). He assured me I was ordering the correct cover.

Turns out the cover did not work as he said it would. It will only work if both sides are folded down. Apparently they do not have a cover that accommodates a FireMagic A660.

I ended up cutting the cover to fit our grill and it actually turned out ok.
