Stages West is a great company. Placed an order for pickup and had to change and have it shipped. No problem and received my order promptly. Fast and friendly service.

I got sent the wrong boots. And I've been calling for a week now to try and talk to someone and the girl just keeps telling me nobody is there that can help me. And even said I will have someone calling you back tomorrow. And still I've hear nothing. These were supposed to be for a Christmas gift and it's almost a week past Christmas. This is ridiculous!

Your website was incorrect in inventory. I also have one boot that is wrong. Waiting to hear a response to my email.

After ordering this cologne, I was notified over a week later, that y’all had “Oversold” this product and I would not receiving my order. I was given the option to pick another fragrance or get a refund. I opted for a refund due to this is the scent my husband wanted. I never heard back as to if my refund was going to be processed or not.

The dress was cute. Unfortunately, it sent with a whole in the shoulder.

I ordered online but was in town and they let me go ahead and pick up my purchase. They went above and beyond to make it happen. I’ve made several purchases there and always stop in when I’m in Pigeon Forge. One of my favorite places to shop!!

Ordered a few things online. Several days later I notice an email stating they couldn’t locate the jewelry item I purchased and asked if I would still like the rest of my order- seeing as how someone took the time to ask me, I said forget it and just cancel the entire thing. I’ve worked retail and never would I ever contact a customer to cancel the rest of their order just because one items wasn’t able to be fulfilled. I thought that was odd. First online shopping experience and it’ll be my last.

I visited Stages West while on vacation in Gatlinburg! I was so impressed with the personal attention they gave to every customer! Later, I needed a certain pair of boots for Christmas and ordered on line from them. The website is user friendly, order arrived on time and in perfect condition!! Great experience!!

I've been to the store in Pigeon Forge and the customer care is great. I've ordered things through their website and they have always delivered.
